Rest day today????????
Had a lovely lay in, walked Lola then popped into the gym to do the stock count, catch up with a few bits chase some orders then did the rest from homeI food prepped and just settled down now and got in bed, excited to be training push tomorrow rest days are always long and boring ????
Everything still carrying on as normal, even with everything going on I’m still trying my best to carry on I’m still on prep and managing to get my food prep ???????? so we carry on ???????? x

So today I worked 6-2 in the gym, then trained legs had a really good session then I went to see the chiropractor, my neck and back are feeling much much better so happy to be on the mend ???????????????? x

Rest day today, had a busy day of work today 9am till 8.30pm packer with clients like keeping myself busy on my rest days keeps me distracted from thinking about training haha! Foods been altered dropped out a pre workout muffin and post workout squares bars small change but it’ll make a difference
Looking forward to legs tomorrow

I prefer to begin with morning cardio I feel it sets me up for my day and I’d try and stay away from pre training cardio and post if I I have to

Been a chilled but busy Sunday, had a lay in walked Lola – 40 min walk quite a long one for her as she’s tiny ????
Then I bathed her as she was muddy as!
Then trained pull with Jamie, and practiced my routine. Just got chilled out on the sofa now

Today we travelled to Durham to train at the new ultra flex which is another amazing facility that has been built. A great day being around other lovely body builders – I travelled with @kuba1000hotmail-co-uk-cielen and @ajmorris and then trained with @kamara-graham and client Anya
Was nice to switch up training and try some new machines! Back to chill tonight and for pull back at Rotherham tomorrow????????

Hi I always do uncooked, but then weight after so I know much much is then split into my meals so I can cook a few meals/ days worth in 1 go

So I’d stay the same for as long as you can until your weight stops dropping then just implement small changes slowly

Today was push went to the ultraflex Durham opening day!
Was lovely to see everyone and train push with @megansylvester & anya! Really good session and really good equipment down at Durham too!

So yesterday’s post didn’t upload so just going to put it up again –
It was check in day today and rest day so I went to gymnastics finished my routine ???? now just got to nail it!! And then went to the spa with Jamie
Foods been lowered again dropped my chip that I have on an evening with my burgers

Normal Thursday for me – dog walking, food prepping, working and then trained legs with @daniellabosworth and @kamara-graham which was amazing – got some some good numbers and reps. I’ve added my log at the bottom ????Lovely session Thankyou

I’d say listen to your body, you’ll always feel sore like Clare said introducing a new split or exercises/ changing reps but should definitely lessen over time
But 100% listen to your body I have to do this a lot as I do gymnastics 2x a week along side my normal ppl split so I just make sure on rest days I completely rest as much as possible I go to the spa chill out I also make sure my sleep is perfect and have weekly massages which helps aid recovery! If one week I’m really feeling it I’ll add in 1 extra rest day it’s no issue better to rest than to train when really sore and it be a pointless session
I like to always be feeling fresh for my sessions to make the most out of them- I also change my rep ranges/ do a lower amount of sets usually just 2 sets per exercise so my recovery is better

Today was a much better day with my back, not 100% but definitely better.
I worked 6-2 then trained legs with @megansylvester and @daniellabosworth had a really good session just be careful around my exercise selection and loading my back.
Then did some posing with meg, danni and Laura which was lovely! So nice to have the support of the girls around you during prep and we’re all on prep together ????
Rest day tomorrow and gymnastics- going to be mega careful in gymnastics tomorrow probably finish off the last 20 secs of my routine music wise and plan out how I’m going to end my routine then I’ll probably run through my routine and just walk through my tumbles/ gymnastic parts and just do my dance parts just to be extra careful! ????
