    I’d say listen to your body, you’ll always feel sore like Clare said introducing a new split or exercises/ changing reps but should definitely lessen over time

    But 100% listen to your body I have to do this a lot as I do gymnastics 2x a week along side my normal ppl split so I just make sure on rest days I completely rest as much as possible I go to the spa chill out I also make sure my sleep is perfect and have weekly massages which helps aid recovery! If one week I’m really feeling it I’ll add in 1 extra rest day it’s no issue better to rest than to train when really sore and it be a pointless session ☺️ I like to always be feeling fresh for my sessions to make the most out of them- I also change my rep ranges/ do a lower amount of sets usually just 2 sets per exercise so my recovery is better

    Today was a much better day with my back, not 100% but definitely better.

    I worked 6-2 then trained legs with @megansylvester and @daniellabosworth had a really good session just be careful around my exercise selection and loading my back.

    Then did some posing with meg, danni and Laura which was lovely! So nice to have the support of the girls around you during prep and we’re all on prep together ????

    Rest day tomorrow and gymnastics- going to be mega careful in gymnastics tomorrow probably finish off the last 20 secs of my routine music wise and plan out how I’m going to end my routine then I’ll probably run through my routine and just walk through my tumbles/ gymnastic parts and just do my dance parts just to be extra careful! ????

    So after yesterday I’m feeling much better today had a nice lay in to make sure I got plenty of sleep to help my recovery I also had a massage too and then I worked till 8pm did a few hour in the gym counting stock then worked from home and food prepped ????

    Hoping that I’ll be fine for legs tomorrow but I probably won’t be doing any spine loading movements just to be safe as I was get neck pain when I tried to train back tues

    All in all a good day just doing everything I can to get back to normal training x

    Oh gosh I hope you’re feeling better today Kamara. Do you know what the pain/niggles are from? And how do you go about physical therapy seeing as you are one yourself? Is there anyone you trust enough to do work on you? ????

    So I have a trapped nerve and also 2 rib injuries.. the rib injuries have been there a while but never caused any issues till now so I never really knew about them,

    yes my bikini sponsor does all my soft tissue work and I then also see a chiropractor ????

    I’m feeling much better today after seeing the chiropractor and having a massage this morning ???? if done some extra stretching today and had a bath to relax so I’m hoping tomorrow I should be fine with legs ???? x

    So today wasn’t such a great day but I’m remaining positive, so before training I was feeling slight niggles in my back, neck and shoulders nerve pain and aching it wasn’t bad so I thought I’d warm up really well and have a steady session on my warm up db rdl something didn’t feel right so I stopped, and just thought I’d continue with the rest of my session so prime Row -felt pain in my back straight away with very little muscle connection so I just stopped my session a little annoying but need to make sure I don’t get injured, so I’m now working to fix this and hoping it’s a short lived thing ☺️ x

    Like a few others have said I’d try stay away from it round your training and get it in fasted or evening get a bike or something to have at home makes life easier ☺️

    Really busy day as usual on a Monday, had a full day of clients and trained push and did some posing practice

    Food has dropped a little can’t wait to see what difference this makes ????

    This morning is check in day so here’s my check in weighed 62.2 this morning!

    And just like that I’m 16 weeks out!! It’s flying by, been on prep now 4 weeks really slow and steady drops which is different from my usual preps where I’ve be down in 12 weeks! Looking forward to getting lean now ????

    Today was rest day and I definitely felt like I needed it after gymnastics and leg day I was feeling it ????

    So today I had a nice lay in, food shop, food prepped, walked Lola and been to the spa for the evening! Now a nice early night ready for a busy week ahead ☺️ x

    Hey molly, so I’ve done gymnastics since is was 6 and competed competitively in gymnastics till I was 18 I also did dance and trampolining through out my teens too! ???? x

    Today was a reasonably busy day for a Saturday, had 4 clients and then trained legs with Jamie!!

    Had a really good session hit a pb on hack squat and it felt very good and I’ll definitely be hitting 5pps very soon!

    Prep doesn’t really feel like prep yet cals still high but we’re still a way out yet ????

    Rest day tomorrow my body needs it ????????
