So today was rest day my foods been dropped and now doing 12k steps a day too still 0 cardio
Excited to see what the drop and increase in activity will look like
Rest day today I went for a walk with the dog to get my steps in with Jamie then chilled out this evening ☺️

So today was pull day, I walked Lola and then trained pull with the equipment that I had,
Still a slight niggle with my left lat and neck.
Looking forward to a rest day feeling tired x

Like what’s already been said fast earlier so you have less time to eat your meals
Coffee I find can be a suppressant but don’t over do it

Hi all,
So today I walked Lola, prepped food, did some washing and house bits, then train push in my garage ☺️
Practiced what I could of my routine in the space I have but I might have to find a quiet field to go practice in ????
Just about to eat my last meal then bed time for me x

Hey I’m just training at home bands and dumbells get creative I’m sure you can retain muscle mass if anything which is better than nothing ????

So it was rest day so me and Jamie took a walk in the peaks it was lovely to get out and get some fresh air, just had my burgers and got in bed! Push tomorrow ????????x

So today i had a chill morning then trained legs in my garage with a few dumbells and bands just got to make do with what we have for now ☺️

So today was my last rest day!
Today I’ve walked Lola and then watched the new video of me Megan and jade really excited that it’s been released and looking forward to doing more ????????I then did some stretching and walked Lola with Jamie.. when he finally woke up from his nap ????
Today was check in day too body’s definitely looking better for a few days off x

So second day into my mini deload and I woke up pretty early did an online stretch class/ yoga class from home and then went through parts of my routine with my gymnastics coach on skype
Then nipped to my mums dropped her off a card and present. Then went for a walk in the woods with Jamie and my dog Lola was nice to get out and have some fresh air!!
Just watched a film how to train your dragon now I’m reading my book ☺️ gonna have a soak in the bath then it’s bed time ???? x

Hey, I’m a sports therapist sound like tightness get someone to massage your traps, neck and shoulder possibly even down into rhomboids too! You can use a massage gym but I sometimes feel it doesn’t get as deep as is needed for certain things ????
