    Hi so if it’s definitely quad tendinitis then RICE, massage once swelling has gone down if there is any or any heat.
    Also taking cure coming and join in will help for inflammation.
    Where about a is the pain and what movements affect it?
    As there is other things that can replicate tendinitis pain without actually being tendinitis could be good to rule them out first ☺️

    Alright. The pain is about 5cm above the knee, but more on the right side of the actual quad. So almost on the end/attachement of the vastus lateralis.
    The pain has never been really bad. As i said i woke up with a little bit of pain the day after a leg day that was like a week ago from now. But since then i haven’t had any pain when doing day to day activities, and taken out the quad movements of my leg days. So i haven’t tried doing any quad loading movements yet, but will try that tomorrow.
    From what i have read online i still have to keep loading the quad but be careful and see if it feels better or actually makes it worse?

    Hi so today was pull day, had an okay session felt very tired today, so definitely ready for my rest day!

    Check in today also just waiting on response and then I will update you all ☺️ I also did my cardio and walked Lola for my steps too! X

    First off let me say thank you all for the replies. Here is 2 current shots after 3 meals. Not flexed, flexed and shredded. Now when I was in off season and pushing down the food sometimes did get a shape pain under my left rib (maybe because it was being pushed out. So when I would sit it would mess with me so I’d have to adjust myself.

    So his is literally just going off pictures and what you’ve said, it’s hard to say without doing a few tests and seeing in person but sounds like a displaced rib I’ve got one they can be quite persistent i was before lock down seeing a chiropractor so maybe this is something that would help you too, do not take this as a diagnosis there is a few other things it could be

    Hey all so today was push day,

    I took Lola on a walk did my cardio and trained push! I also cooked food prep and did a food shop check in day tomorrow and pull day can’t wait x

    Hey all

    So today was check in day .. I’m done to 61.7 I personally wasn’t happy with my check in had a little wobble because I feel flat and watery but after chatting to kuba I come round and Accepted it’s part of the process.. I also come on so emotionally a bit all over hhaha!! But we all good!

    So today I did my cardio food prepped and then walked Lola and had a bath and a chilled evening x

    I have had similar in the past and it was exertion headaches, just keep yourself hydrated and keep blood sugar and pressure levels in check

    Hi all so today was leg day had a really good session and did some posing also, I went for a walk with Lola to get my steps in then did some posing through Skype for a client, then had a bath and chilled out ☺️ check in day tomorrow excited to see what has changed x

    A mini cut could get you back on track just be careful of taking you cals too low as you won’t be training properly during lock down, try matching your output and increasing your neat

    Hi all

    So today was rest day I’ve had a pretty busy rest day but very productive ☺️???????? so this morning I food prepped for the next few days and did my cardio, then I did a food shop and walked Lola to get in some steps. I then had a zoom call meeting for work and then I started tidying out my wardrobe way too many clothes in there that don’t fit me or I won’t wear haha! So I’ve made a start.

    Tomorrow’s leg day can’t wait to train ???? x
