Okey so i did legs today, one set of vsquat. Last session was two on the legpress. The pain has not got as much better since last time. Is it ok to train through the pain? I mean, the healing process is in need of me still overloading the knee right?

I wouldn’t continue to train through pain just do exercises you know dont aggravate it, are you currently doing any exercises to help it stretching mobility and so on?

Hi everyone, so today was check in day and rest day I’ve attached my pics below I was 58.4 this morning nice little drop there ☺️ spent the day walking the dog and had a little bbq in the evening with Jamie I cooked tomorrow’s chicken on the bbq too just for a little change and sat in the garden and had a fire as I’m doing my garden up so just had so wood to burn x

If you have enough equipment to do 3 variations then yes 3 but 2 would work fine

Hi all so today i did my fasted cardio first thing, ate and then I took Lola on a little walk, trained pull and had a really good session, then I took Lola on her second walk and just chilling out now with my last meal x

You can definitely maintain what muscle you have! Like others have said body weight chins ups and dips
If you can get hold of some bands they will definitely help you create more resistance, there is people selling lots of gym equipment on fb and fairly cheap too if you keep your eye out

Hi all so today I felt much better and was nice to be back training ☺️ I trained push and had a really good session beating last sessions numbers!
Also did some posing and made some tweaks! Feeling like I’m definitely coming in now seeing daily changes it was check in day today I weighed 61.0kg and I’ve attached below my check in pics ignore how orange they look some setting has been changed on my camera and I’m not sure what haha!
Cardio has changed slightly and now I’m doing it fasted which I prefer anyway sets me up for my day but everything else has remained the same as I’m still dropping even after doing lower steps and 0 cardio for past 4 days x

I just listen to my body make sure my heart rate comes back down to normal then if I’m hungry I eat if not I wait a little till I’m hungry but 9/10 time I’m hungry

Hey so today was my last rest day I feel loads better after having a lay in and plenty of rest checked in with kuba and we’re good to go for tomorrow! We also spoke about options for other shows later in the year as the uncertainty of Chicago grows the show may still go ahead but unsure if I’m actually going to be able to get flights there, so we was just chatting about options for the future x

If you’re not on prep just have a meal you fancy it won’t throw you off track if your usual diet is very consistent

Like the guys have said this will be down to execution and what you train your brain to think for each exercise about what your body should be doing and where you should be squeezing and feeling the muscle contraction

Just got back from training. I cut the quad volume down to half of what it usually is and everything felt good! Will see how i feel tomorrow morning and make further adjusments based of that. I think i will add in another set quads if i’m not waking up with more pain tomorrow

Hi all, today was my second day of rest, feeling a little better from this rest and 1 more rest day then I should be good to go
Rest day consisted of food prep, walking Lola and watching Netflix haha pretty boring but some days you just need to put your feet up and rest and my body definitely looks better for it x

So kuba put me on 2 days rest due to just feeling exhausted and aching I also had a loss of appetite, so today had just been resting and I did go for a short walk with the dog but mainly resting up, tomorrow will be the same resting I’ll probably do a little bit of yoga too tomorrow
And check in with kuba too so he can see how I look and feel x
