Where did you get your 20lg plates from I desperately need a few more but struggling to find anywhere with stock
It’s a struggle but literally been checking Facebook market place every few hours everyday just pure luck that I got them! There is a few people about making them I know a guy on insta called strength asylum is making some to order at a decent price too! Hope this helps! And good luck on your search. Hope you’re well ☺️

Like hilly has said diet break is needed by the sounds take some time at maintenance cals and reduce or stop cardio but stay active

Today was push day had a really good session and even more weight today so definitely gonna have a much better leg session this week!
Just ticking boxes at the minute cardio, training, walks and eating just getting stuff done! Really excited to see how I can improve during this time physically mentally and business wise!
Had a clean up day today and given the house a tidy round x

As by the sounds of it you’re not eating enough and I would advise different diet for rest day and training day. And I’d advise food pwo if you can.
As for eating before training if you have to train that early I’d advise getting a pre workout meal first thing as ‘breakfast’ but preferably if you can train later after you’ve had at least 2-3 meals is better

If you’re getting bloating first things first is find out why, is it because you’re intolerant to something or that your body disagrees with it if so then find something to substitute that with.
Secondly I find walks are the best way to help with digestion and appetite just a short little walk after you’ve eaten helps get things moving same if you’re not feeling hungry before a meal go for walk it then makes me want to eat again

So today was rest day I had a nice little lay in, got up and did my cardio, then did food shopping and nipped to the butchers. I also walked Lola prepped all mine and Jamie’s food and then cleaned up the house nice productive rest day. just finally sat down for first time all day!!
My garden is also slowly taking shape finally got my huge conifer tree down and actually planted some flowers in my hanging baskets and plant pots. Be nice when I’ve got some new grass down and a new path so not far off done now.
Ready for push tomorrow now we have more weights and resistance bands feeling really motivated and excited ???? to be better x

Really good day today so all my parcels come 2x20kg plates a new set of bands and an adductor gadget thing haha it’s not quite strong enough but after a good few reps it burns!
Today I took Lola on 2 walks to get our steps in and trained legs was such a good session with more weight was nice to be back squatting 100kg I got a fair few reps in there too so excited for more plates as then I’ll be able to progress my squat and rdl and a hip thrusts. It’s actually been refreshing to use lower weight and higher rep for a little while my joints feel fresh muscles are full and fresh and as my foods increasing it’s ideal time to get strong!! X

This like others have said is probably just down to less stress better sleep maybe resting more
But once things return to normal I think progressive overload is going to be your best bet again as this is what got you where you are now and also a change in all variables may mean you need to head back to ppl

Like hilly said most common cause is tightness in quads so maybe loosen off your quads then also try cure coming, join in and I like to use tiger balm on my knees before I start training and then I make sure I warm up quite a lot! Rest is probably the biggest helper here too

Hi all so today was rest day I got up did my cardio then went for a nice walk round langsett reservoir with Lola which was nice for a change then come home food prepped and had a work zoom call now I’m just chilling out on the sofa with my last meal, excited for leg day as hopefully we have some more plates and bands coming x

So today was check in day had a really good check in food increase is going down well, training has been feeling good!
Had a really good pull session and walked Lola, rest day tomorrow and I need it legs still haven’t recovered from leg day haha! X
