Louis has given a very decent amount of info there. I would highly recommend sticking at physio long term and keeping up with mobility/ soft tissue work and rehab as this will always benefit you. Be picky with your exercises stay away from spinal loading and axial loading. You will be different from the next person so it’s trial and error to what will trigger/ make it worse. Workout what you can do and rinse it

Hey guys! Busy Saturday! Little bit of client work this morning, message reply’s and admin, walked the dogs and then trained hams & glutes, pretty good session no pain, think the hammy is good to slowly start building up strength again now I tested it a little today and it felt good didnt push it too much but just tested strength compared to my right and it wasn’t far off which is a great sign.
I then did a food shop and spent the evening bathing the cows before the great Yorkshire show on Tuesday. Got a pretty busy but fun week ahead. X

As the others have said very hard for us to even comment here but as long as you do things strategically with food and training/ output I think if you can hold performance well then you shouldn’t have any issues

Hey guys! Hope you’re all good! Busy morning my own check in, client work and calls and some admin/ work to catch up on from yesterday as I was pretty slow and basically unavailable yesterday haha my brain just said no! But feeling much better today. Had a really good session this evening really enjoyed my push session with some decent progressions on mainly my presses.
Feedback from check in – finally were good to go with starting my cycle. We’re going in with 60mg primo per week! Excited to see where this goes as my body responds very well to primo.
Had a pretty chilled evening walked the dogs and watched vikings x

Did the person who wrote your mri report refer you to a doctor to discuss the next steps. Having had two shoulder operations in the last 6 months, after my mri report the follow up was to discuss the next steps.it will be good to keep the inflammation down what Clare has said but it’s also important to know if any further action needs to be taken

Thanks Marc, I had the follow up there. The main issue is Bursitis of the shoulder, I’m getting an ultrasound guided infection to break up some calcium tomorrow along with a cortisone shot. Do you think peptides would be worthwhile also?[/quote]
Just to add peptides won’t help with this situation imo but I don’t think there would be any harm if you did take. Evening all! So today was a full write off for me. Woke with the worst migraine and spent all day trying to get rid of it. So most of the day I’ve been napping and laying in a dark room. Not ideal but one of those things can’t be helped x

So you’ve 2 options you can pop it in your checked in luggage or you can jab it all before you go. With it only being a week it won’t cause major issues just for a week. But I can’t imagine you’ll have issues in your checked in luggage tbh

Evening guys! Rest day today for me. As usual Wednesday is a super busy day for check ins. Some awesome check ins today very happy with everyone’s progress. Client work took up the majority of the day but I walked the dogs inbetween to break up my work and prepped my meals for tomorrow too x

Hey guys! So first leg session back today post hammy tear. I’m super lucky it was only minor and I’ve been able to ease back into a session already today was mainly quads but I did get a hammy exercise done to pump and fill it with a little blood which felt good. I managed to pretty much hit quads relatively close to normal I was just being mindful of my hamstring for first session. I would normally have hams & glutes sat and I do have a client coming to train with me so I’m gonna take that one super steady as I really don’t want to make this any worse.
The rest of today I’ve done client check ins and client work and also some admin x

Definitely agree go for a split that works round your routine and also make sure the volume is something you can recover from

Evening all!! Hope you’re all good! So rest day today for me lots of client work, check ins and 2 calls. I also caught up on some admin and house work. All in all a productive day and a chilled evening once all my jobs were done x

Good evening all!! So today was supposed to be a rest day but because I rested yesterday and have a super busy day tomorrow I’ve brought my pull session forward a day meant I was having to try squeeze in a session and I could prioritise it a lot more training today so I trained this morning around 9:30am which was a really good session again still implementing the new tweaks. Wasn’t feeling massively strong but it was a lot earlier to train for me so I focused in on my form/ feeling and execution.
I then did a food shop walked the dogs and had a pretty chilled we’ve which has been lovely x
