Everyone will be different depending on what works for them and how their off season has been. I personally look/ feel better with some fats in but I know I can go below my baseline as I have before but not for long periods of time. It’s just a case of what works for you

Hey guys checked in this morning bw slowed down a lot last few days so hilly has dropped food a tad more on a rest day which is welcomed haha!
Rest day today & off plan meal tonight – had a burger with James.
Today consisted of client check ins / admin and then walked the dogs I’ve got my mums 2 dogs for the weekend so we’ve 5 dogs all together haha very busy but easy way to get my steps in that’s for sure x

Hey guys! Busy day of client work/ cals and admin followed by house work. Trained upper today had a very strong session good increase in strength whilst in a deficit and bw is moving nicely so pretty pleased with that. Received my delivery of my jp supps lovely top up and some new flavours of prepare
I then had some down time before bed x

MemberMarch 5, 2025 at 9:06 pm in reply to: High protein consumption and histamine intolerant?I agree with Clare stick to whole protein sources and previously with my clients I have found going to a whole food diet or ‘one ingredient foods’ so 0 processed foods really helps with any digestive issues/ skin problems as you’re fully controlling what foods you’re eating down to the ingredients and then you can pick out easier if you’re intolerant

Hey all rest day today for me so completed my cardio and all my client check ins + few bits of admin and client work met my mum and dad for a lovely dog walk and a coffee. Then had a meeting with a client. Followed by house work bits and bobs and then down time this evening before bed x

Hey, depends what the rest of your session includes & what your aims are with your training?
I personally have all of them exercises in one of my sessions and more but I am looking to grow my back.
I wouldn’t say it’s counterproductive at all

I agree with Jordan but personally I just do both I do some high and some low that’s just how I like to train. You’re best doing what you enjoy & works well for you and what you can recover from

Hey guys! Busy day today client work this morning & a posing call followed by taking g the horse out in the lovely weather we just went for a steady plod but it’s just some peace and quiet and vit d – nothing better. Followed by legs had a mega session and then quickly felt shattered after haha! Luckily majority of my work was done before hand so I’ve had a pretty chill evening just a call with Soph and replying to clients x

I agree with rich, you want to progress not feel battered from training
In terms of cns. What’s your diet like? Recovery? Sleep? And are you deloading how are you splitting your training? Have you Changed volume?

These only need to be implemented if they’re needed and shouldn’t just be taken for the sake of taking. If you’re going assisted I would highly suggest bloods first

Evening guys! Trained upper today posted a reel on my instagram very good session taking small progressions with biscuits haha! Or an extra rep here and there but progression is progression

I agree reduce to a smaller lighter weight band and see how you get on you can gradually reduce down in size and then remove take your time with it no need to jump straight off. If it returns stick with the band
