    Definitely agree go see a good physio and get them to look at your movement pattern and to assess your shoulder and they will be able to come up with a rehab program to help

    Hey guys! Hope you’re all good! Busy day client work and Admin followed by training upper 2 very good session. Didn’t film anything as it was one of them crack on kinda sessions but I progressed across the board. Hamstring is feeling a little better with the rest already!

    I second hilly. I have hashimotos and I manage mine pretty good. I can have dairy I just don’t have tons! I’m very mindful of what I eat. I have to stay on top of recovery massively and sleep to make sure I stay on top of myself as I find fatigue is the most crippling symptom of hashimotos

    Everyone is different it’s a case of figuring out what works for you

    Hey guys! Trained legs today just quads through above definitely got a small tear in my right hammy. It usually heals quick done it before so I’m not stressed. Just need to give it time to heal now.

    We will probably be changing volume/ my hip hinge as I’m doing 2 per week and I don’t feel like I’m recovering from this.

    The rest of the day I’ve spent doing client work and client check ins. X

    Hey guys. So client work this morning, followed by walking the dogs and sorting the horse.

    I decided not to ride/ train today as what I thought was hamstring tendinitis turns out it’s another slight tear in my hammy same place and side as previous it’s nothing serious but I can feel it aching and it’s slightly bruised. I decided against training legs just till it’s not painful then I’ll go back to pumping some blood in it and any rehab/ massage work.

    It might be that 2 hinges a week I just can’t recover from – it’s definitely feeling this way.

    I mean I can recover and hit the session hard but my right hamstring can’t keep up. I will discuss with hilly and possibly make changes as needed. X

    Hey all! Happy Monday! So today has been a busy day client work and check ins this morning. Followed by some admin/ house work and then training upper 1 had a pretty good session numbers were up.

    Only issue I had was my hamstring tendinitis is having a little flare up so I’ve been doing everything I can to get it to calm down. Which meant avoiding my hinge today as the stretched position makes it worse. I also think the travelling/ long drive to Scotland and back over the weekend didn’t help as it was niggling a little before we went and now it’s even worse. I know it’ll calm down soon and I’ll be back to hinging probably end of this week x

    In bodybuilding you have to switch off from this. You will always get comments in every phase. If we all let these comments get to us we wouldn’t lose our heads and not bodybuild. You have to be mentally strong and ignore this crap. Focus on your goals and do what you need to. Ignore what anyone else thinks

    I agree with Michaela cycle or not I would always keep them in if this is something your struggle with. I would also look into foods massively making sure what you are eating is digesting well. And definitely recommend tbjp digest pharma pro

    It can do for some. What I’ve done in the past is alternate it. But if your weakness is your back then prioritising that for a few weeks push up block then swap it over and repeat
