I’m not sure how true that is but from what I’ve seen from my clients non of them have had any issues recently when bloods have come back

Evening all! Hope you’ve all had a lovely Saturday!
Met with a client this morning we ran through some exercises she was struggling with and then did some posing and in person check in as she’s now’s 7weeks out! Very happy and pleased with her progression.
I then trained hams and glutes it was a Friggin awesome session! My legs felt thick like so pumped haha!! Every sessions pumps are getting ridiculous now!
Then did a food shop and picked up some dog meat from the pet shop too, and then walked roary From the top field into the yard ready for his show soon, so we can get him ready ☺️ then had a chilled one this afternoon! X

I definitely agree and think you need a little more leg work in there like leg curls and leg extensions

Definitely sounds like a nerve issue normally coming from the spine in situations like this. You’ll need to see a physio or sports therapist to get an actual diagnosis and treatment, you should be able to release it and rehab and rebuild that strength/ muscle back

Hey guys! Hope you’re all good! Busy Friday for me, got the dogs out early before it was too warm.
Then spent the morning through till 2pm doing client check ins and posing calls and then some house work. I then trained push pretty awesome session nice pump and very good numbers things are flying at the moment!
This evening I’ve had my off plan meal. Which after today’s check in the morning I’m now having 2 of a week.

I agree I would have a little diet break, rest from training bring food up for abit then if you want to push back down you can do once your body is fresher or you can begin slowly pushing up depending on how lean you are

Honestly there’s not a huge amount you can do. I do believe over time of staying leaner that skin can tighten up but it probably won’t go back to normal. Other options are surgery

Evening all! Very warm day today got out with the dogs nice and early before it was too warm. I then spent till lunchtime doing client work/ calls and then trained back. Very good session today but very warm and sweaty haha! Progressions across all movements and felt super pumped after!!
This evening has been a chilled one waited till late to get the dogs out again as it’s still super warm and then early night for me! Shattered! Check in tomorrow 👌🏼 x

But also to add too much caffeine can have the opposite effect. And also focus on making your sleep quality/ time better

Hey guys! Hope you’re all good! Busy day for me lots of client work this morning and some calls. My mum then come round to help me plant some plants on the garden what a day for it!! The weather has been lovely!
This evening I’ve walked the dogs and finished some more client work and then hopped on a team call with mine and Soph’s clients about show day. And just winding down now ☺️ x

Hey guys! Busy one today client work and some calls, did some cleaning jobs that needed doing in the house and admin bits. I then trained legs! Very good session the hack took my soul! I have changed hack as I was getting a few knee niggles in my usual no matter where I placed my feet but with the other hack my knees feel perfect.
This evening I took the dogs for a nice longer walk post legs I know a little crazy but I find walking helps my recovery a lot! X

This is super vague, almost impossible for us to answer.
Questions I’d be looking to answer in this situation is
1- are they honestly sticking to everything and being consistent
2- are they doing enough? And for long enough?
3- are they training hard?

I would just look to get protein from whole sources if you’re looking to take out dairy. Or opt for vegan which is lactose free
Or as Pheebs says maybe look into doing a few things as it’s more than likely caused by a few things
