Evening all! So slightly different day today as I had a hair dresser appointment, so client work this morning, then headed to my appointment and finished some more work whilst I was there. I then trained push this evening! Very good session improvements on both my presses felt very strong probably could have gone higher but it was already a jump in weight so I didn’t want to get ahead of myself. Hey, this is something I have done in the past run high days on weaker body parts medium days on other training days then have a rest day meal plan which for me was typically lower again. It did work well for me trial it as see how you get on

Hey guys! Pretty quiet Thursday for me compared to normal. Client work this morning and then plenty of house work/ errands. I then trained pull trained with James not something we always get chance to do now so I really enjoy it ☺️ progressions on all lifts and very good pumps/ connections. This evening I’ve had a little downtime before early bedtime as I’ve a busy one tomorrow x

Hey George! I would say you’re in a good place now to be able to push back up for sure. Start to slowly bring cals up and when you stall give them another bump up

So I’ve decided to start a new Log mainly because i feel like i’m starting a new chapter within bodybuilding. I have some huge announcements coming soon business wise which i’m soooo excited for. But the main thing being I’m now coaching myself, I Decided this around 3 weeks or so ago. Originally i was looking for a coach but ultimately i think what i was looking for in a coach doesn’t exist haha!! So the plan moving forward after last years showing is to have a good offseason now and see where i am then. If i feel ready to compete then i will compete towards the end of the year. Feedback from judges was as expected more back which i already knew. My current set up –
Training day food –
M1 – 2 Whole eggs, 2 turkey bacon, 2 english muffins, 100g pineapple
M2 – 70g oats (or 60g Jasmine rice), 40g Whey (or 130g chicken), 20g Dark choc, 100g Berries
M3 (pre) – 100g Cor, 40g Whey, 20g Dark choc, 100g blueberries
Intra – 25g Eaa, 10g glutamine, 10g creatine, 30g performance fuel
M4 (post) – 100g Cocopops, 40g Whey, 80g Banana
M5 – 130g 5% fat Beef mince, 300g potato, 100g pineappleRest day food –

M5 – 130g 5% fat Beef mince, 80g pasta, 50g passata, 50% less fat cheeseTraining set up

Tuesday – Quads
Wednesday – Rest
Thursday – Back 2 (with hinge)
Friday Delts/ Arms
Saturday Hams/Glutes (+ 1 Lat exercise)PEDS- (2 weeks in to cycle)
TRT – 3mg fem test per week
Primo – 30mg per week
T4 – 100mcg per day
500mg metformin per day
40mg telmisartan per daySomething I’ve ignored for sometime is a structural issue i have called Pectus Carinatum – Basically this is asymmetrical Ribs/ chest wall. So one side of my ribs/chest sit higher than the other so any back, chest, bicep/tricep movements feel different from one side to the other meaning i have to slightly off set this in some movements. It’s not something that can be fixed so ultimately i have to work round this (i’m still learning this)

Today my bodyweight hit 158.1 my heaviest in this push but I’m feeling pretty good here. Yes I’m a little fluffy but I know it comes off when it’s time to and I’m thriving so well here 🙌🏼
Chilled evening after walking the dogs and early night for me as I’m super zapped after legs unwind is a must right now after sessions and dream sleep before bed x

I think like Clare says chronic fatigue best thing you can do here is full rest, and allow your body to recover

Hey all! Started the morning off with client checkins and then walked the dogs spent some time sorting the cows and then some more calls and check ins with clients. I then went to a hair consultation and then trained back very good session today awesome pump and strength 🙌🏼 x

Hey guys! Hope you’re all good had a pretty chilled Sunday, rest day for me. Walked the dogs and then dropped Lola off at my mums for the week she’s keeping my mum company whilst my dads away. And we then went for a coffee before returning home. Rest of the day I’ve done a few bits of house work and watched some of the series I’m into at the minute x

I think you’re thinking into this a lot. Basically there’s no rules to training at all, but what I do with clients once they’ve absolutely rinsed U/L and can’t get any more progression from it I move them to PPL/ or split body parts depending on what suits them
