Hey guys! Very busy Friday! Client check ins this morning! Lovely to see my client making so much progress many are very close to show now and I have quite a few doing a photoshoot next week too!
Today I spent a good 3hrs bathing the cows ready for a show tomorrow was nice to spend sometime in the sun are all my meals outside pretty much tried my best to get a tan on my legs completely failed just got a little sunburn where I missed on my back haha!!
This evening I trained push. Awesome session it was warm like it has been all week but it really didn’t affect my numbers they all still increased! Started some mobility for my hamstring and keeping myself accountable for this and not letting it slip. If I wanna be my best I need to do everything I can control. This evening I’ve had an off plan meal and had a chilled one watching a film x

Evening all! Hope you’re all good!
Client work as usual today split up with dog walks and house work followed by a pull session trained with James which was nice as we don’t do it too often. Had a pretty good session some matches some progressions it felt very hot and stuffy in the gym today but still a good session ticked off.
This evening I’ve walked the dogs and chilled had a little niggle in my hammy today I think it’s my hamstring tendinitis flaring up it comes and goes in phases the last time I had it was prep 22 so I’ve done well not to have it till now. Admittedly I have let mobility slip a little so I’m going to get back on my mobility stretching routine as it’s been hot and miss. This along with massage usually sorts me out nicely.

Evening all! Rest day today for me so a full day of work with client check ins and client calls busy one but it makes the rest day pass quicker so I can be back in the gym 🤣 had a fairly chilled evening and my off plan meal x

This would entirely depend on your recovery capabilities, your volume and exercise selection. Hard for us to say just from a split. If you expand a little more we can assist some more 😊

Hey I agree with all of the above seek medical advise first from a physio and then look to fix form or any loading issues and I would definitely look to rehab and keep that up alongside your training. You can also take anti inflammatories like cure coming and join in to help in the meantime and during recovery

I would split into 3x a week but at absolute minimum 2x a week

Hey guys hope you’re all good! So busy day of client work & then leg day! Leg day was tough it was pretty hot in the gym but I got it done and still progressed so I’m happy! And then some more work after struggled a little this afternoon to focus for work but that’s normal for me after legs haha! Just the way my schedule worked out that I had to train a little earlier and split my work up. The new summer clothing dropped today I hope you all managed to grab something! ☺️ x

I would watch jp YouTube he explains splits and how to set them up. Usually I get people just starting bb training f to start with upper/ lower or full body split depending on previous sports or experience

Hey all! Busy day today for me, client work and dog walks nice and early. I then did a shoot for the new TBJP clothing followed by a back session. Been a really good day, pretty tiring though the heat has really taken it out of me. Chilled evening with more client work and dog walk again x

A back off set is higher rep range and lower weight I usually work around 20% less than my top set. Still training to failure just as hard as your top set but it’s just a lighter loads

Evening all! Rest day today for me. Had quite few jobs to do today, walked the dogs nice and early. Went to collect a cattle trailer from a friends farm & spent a good 2 hours cleaning it out haha! All fun in the sun though! Then caught up on washing/ house work as James Is working away so I’ve got a pretty busy week so just been preparing for the week ahead. Had some downtime this evening & an off plan meal. X

I’d say 2 won’t do a lot more just fat loss but it’s minimal and 3-4 for muscle building fullness etc

Busy day for me! New client set up this morning, and client check ins and then walked the dogs before breakfast. I then moved Rory and his pen to a new area before training hams & glutes with Marley. Very good session improvements on all movements training is really flying at the moment.
This afternoon I’ve had some downtime chilled and watched a film x
