    Hey guys! Hope you’re all good! Rest day today for me, client check ins and client work for the majority of today. Broken up with dog walks and meals but it’s been a laptop focused day really as always for me on a Wednesday. This evening I took the dogs on a nice long walk through the fields once it was nice and cool just before it got dark x

    Hey guys! Happy Tuesday! Spent the morning doing client work/ checkins. I then took the dogs out and spent some time in the field with the cows giving them a groom and trying to bond with the calf’s. I then trained legs, very good session 🙌🏼 felt very strong I’m still jumping in strength each week. It’s crazy as normally never jumps this much. This evening I’ve walked the dogs, cooked mine and James last meal and done some house jobs x

    Hey! There is a few things you can try, if you’re shaving your head it could be the case of changing the razor to something different using a different shaving foam, or getting laser hair removal for it as this will eliminate the issue too.

    But if you see a dermatologist like Haider said I’m sure there is more options too

    Hey! Hope you’re all good! Very busy Monday catching up on work after a very busy weekend. It’s been lovely though to see a few of my clients catch up and see them in person as with online coaching you don’t get to do that very often. So today was check ins/ post photoshoot amendments and usual check ins. I then also had lots of house work, washing to do after 2 cattle shows on the weekend 😅 I then trained back had an awesome session today very warm but all my movements felt awesome and I progressed very nicely! This evening I’ve walked the dogs and finished off some client work. Will be off to bed soon as I’ve a busy day tomorrow x

    Hey! No exercise is a must but some are more beneficial than others. I would take out a ham curl and add in RDL. Hip thrusts could replace abductor or could be an extra exercise

    Hey guys! Another busy day early morning legs sesh. Good session despite being tired from the late night last night but it was a one off for a client shoot so I don’t mind, then headed to ripley show with the cattle. Very good day for us 2x1st 1x2nd and 1x 3rd. Evening of chilling which was honestly so needed. Early night tonight for me x

    Hey I agree with the above you sound like you need to diet longer. We all have body parts that hold more fat and to get that fat off we just need to diet for longer

    Hey guys! So today was a rest day for me, my clients had a photoshoot today so spent all day there with clients which was lovely to see them all and be there for their shoot. Long day and only just getting into bed but it has been really good x

    It’s hard for us to tell you what’s suitable for you but from what you’ve said I feel like you could just do a cut that’s somewhere inbetween like not as aggressive but also not 3 months long.

    Hey guys! Hope you’re well! Morning spent doing client check ins followed by meeting a client for posing. I then trained push, really good session was nice to train a little earlier than normal as I had a pretty busy evening. This evening I’ve washed the cows and got them ready for the 2 shows this weekend. Then had some downtime before bed x
