    I agree with rich any of them splits would be fine.

    Pop your split up with your exercises and we can advise from there if anything needs changing

    Hey guys!

    Check ins & dog walks this morning. Took candy(the horse) out for a hack at lunch then trained legs with James and Tom this afternoon – awesome session big pb on leg press for me šŸ‘ŒšŸ¼ and a solid hack very pleased with the session

    Walked the dogs again this afternoon and fed the cows. Chilled evening ahead of a super busy day tomorrow. X

    Hey guys! Busy morning client work & catching up with admin/ sorting dates in the diary Iā€™m very busy for the next 6 weeks itā€™s shows every weekend but tbh I wouldnā€™t have it any other way!!

    I then trained back and a fricking awesome session and check in with hilly pwo. Weā€™re both happy with everything right now no changes today just keep doing what weā€™re doing!! X

    Hey guys! Rest day Sunday for me as usual! Walked the dogs this morning then headed to a friends farm for a farm meet with other local highland cow owners, it was pretty sociable and fun I actually liked it thought I wouldnā€™t as Iā€™m very much a hermit šŸ¤£ this evening Iā€™ve had my off plan meal and a chilled evening with the dogs and watched a film x

    Hey guys! Check ins this morning, dog walks and feeding the cows before training.

    Hams and glutes today very good session I did film it to make a reel but apparently filmed it in the wrong size so when I tried to put on insta it just zoomed it in so much to the point I was out the shot half the time haha!! But I guess Iā€™ve finally found out why itā€™s doing that haha!!
    I had an awesome session very strong and number up across the board

    This evening Iā€™ve walked the dogs and had some down time x

    Hey! skin flushing/ itchy skin and rashes can be caused by hyperthyroidism.

    I personally have hashimotos and Iā€™ve probably had every symptom of underactive and over active thyroid when trying to find my sweet spot with thyroid meds.

    Personally I would run bloods see what your thyroid is reading at then adjust from there. It does seem a little odd imo as your dosage isnā€™t high. So would definitely recommend bloods if you havenā€™t changed anything else recently

    Evening all! Hope youā€™re all good! Check in today bw is still trending up nicely weighed in at 163.1 this morning bw is going up bit condition seems to be sitting nicely which is a very good sign. Only change today was an increase in primo up to 80mg per week.

    Today has been a hectic one pretty busy with client work/ check ins then my mum dropped off her dog before she goes away on her cruise this weekend. I then did some more client work/ house work before training push. Had an extremely productive session all numbers were up apart from my incline press that was matched but definitely better form this week. This evening Iā€™ve had my off plan meal and walked the dogs and then a pretty chilled evening x

    I wouldnā€™t recommend for a beginner I would wait till youā€™re a little more experienced and can have a good understanding of the movements youā€™re doing first before adding intensifiers

    Hey guys! Busy one today, client work, house work gardening and then trained back with James and Tom! Very good session, very tired today for some reason but I have had a fairly busy week. This evening Iā€™ve literally been falling asleep on the sofa after training only just woke up remembering to post this then Iā€™m going back to sleep haha x
