    It might potentially be something else. Can you 100% pin point it down to metformin. On the night of you don’t take it is your sleep any better?

    You can take it earlier in the day but it can reduce the effectiveness and as hilly days more potential sides

    Hey guys! Another rest day today. Little switch up in my training this week just due to gym openings getting all my sessions in just moved around a little. Today we did the Xmas day food shop + a normal shop. It’s was crazy busy did not enjoy at all ahaha! Then this evening I’ve walked the dogs and had a chilled evening x

    I personally get up once or twice too but as long as your able to go back to sleep it’s not really an issue and I wouldn’t worry

    Hey guys! Busy Friday lots of admin/ client work catching up and also house work. I trained upper today extremely good session this morning and I also checked in. Looking forward to the next few weeks as we push on in this growing phase before prep x

    I have Oura and honestly I probably only use it for step tracking haha but it definitely does the job and it’s accurate

    I would make sure you’re taking d3 and your multi bit plenty of veg/greens and fruit and even dream sleep to help with sleep on an evening x

    Evening guys! Trained upper today very good session. It’s been a busy day but I still had a good session despite that 😊 had a chilled evening my mum & dad come round for a cuppa and a catch up which was lovely and James is working a night shift so bed to myself haha! X

    No I would stick to your routine in won’t help you skipping rests if anything you’re less likely to recover

    Hey guys! Today is a rest day for me spent the morning doing client check ins followed by some work on the farm & dog walks and then back to client work on the evening 😊 x

    Hey guys this is an update for yesterday as it seems my post didn’t post – however I had the worst signal due to not having WiFi as we had a power cut. Basically the power cut ruined my day haha I had no heating no electricity and that meant I couldn’t cook anything as our hob is electric so I had to get pre cooked chicken and a few bits from the shop. Not the most ideal situation but is what it is and I made it work. I also made went to the coffee shop to complete my work as my signal is so bad here at home without WiFi. It also got me out the cold house for a few hours so I could charge my phone.

    That evening I trained legs had a very good session numbers were flying nice increase in weight on the leg press x
