    I have had this before it’s just instability in the shoulder joint it could be a number of things. Best piece of advice I can give is film yourself doing it with your top off so you can see the joint/ scap movement then go see a physio and show them and let them assess you and they will be able to help you fix it. Majority of the time it’s just that something is a little weak and needs some rehab

    Started the day off by walking the dogs/ feeding the cows and then client check ins/ client work I then did some house work and admin bits before training back, pretty good session today felt a little tired but still matched on all and a few rep progressions too! This evening I’ve had a few calls with clients and then had some downtime x

    I would definitely agree using machines that are independent for each side and not connected so the stronger side can’t take over. Would also do some single side movements like Jordan mentioned pec dec

    Hey all! Rest day today for me and the usual day full of client work for the majority of today followed but dog walks to split my day up. This evening me and James also moved some cows about and then I’ve finished some more work so a very busy but productive day 😊

    Heyy!! Just complete proteins, fats or carbs don’t track for example the protein in a bagel towards your daily intake of protein

    Evening all! Busy day as usual client work, cows, horse, dog walks and leg days leg session was very good trained with James and Tom again, enjoying our little sessions together recently! Feeling very strong and movements are progressing nicely. This evening I’ve had my off plan meal and a chilled evening x

    Hey guys! Rest day Sunday for me, but had a fair bit of client work this morning with 2 more ladies running into peak week. I then walked the dogs and did a food shop. Had a pretty chilled afternoon which was much needed and a nice little reset before a busy week ahead

    I’ve used a Fitbit & a Oura ring I find them both pretty similar tbh. But I would say your best bet is on your daily walks roughly the same walks and it’ll = the same steps

    I don’t change I take the same everyday

    In terms of recovery I just make sure I get massages/ walking and actually relax and switch off

    Hey guys checked in this morning 165.1 very happy with this mornings check ins. I’m pleased with the push up so far last few weeks on cycle before I will come off for sometime. I’ve run my trt & primo with very good results without going silly on the dose.

    Training is flying and I’m feeling super strong, I’m eating a lot like a lot but it serves a purpose so I’m getting it in

    Today was my clients first show she competed in figure masters ukdfba it was a good show no placing for her but she loved it and that’s all I want is for her to enjoy it now I think she had the bug so next time we can be a little more competitive with more muscle!

    This evening I’ve trained hams and glutes as normal and walked the dogs before having a chilled evening c

    Hey do volume looks good, I would suggest making sure you warm up properly, stay on top of recovery. And play around with movements. If you’re getting joint pain it could be a case of needing to alter the position of your feet/ knees or adding blocks/ heel lifts to help with mobility and positioning. I would always avoid movements that cause pain but if you can play about a little see if changing position slightly takes off any pain that would be a good shout
