Hey all, busy Monday catching up with work from the weekend and new client plans for their off season/ future shows & also check ins. I then did house work, few little bits of admin.
Trained back this evening very good session despite being a little tired from the weekend. Then finished some more work and a little bit of downtime before bed x

I echo hilly here, I would possibly get some more bloods done covering e2 and prolactin if possible get a full panel including hormones and so on that should give you a clearer picture
If you have a coach this is something I would be discussing with them and adjusting things if needed

Evening all! Another day with a client at a show! Was alicja first time in the wellness care today and she smashed it very happy with her look. We had a little chat and feel she has really found her place in this category. But she needs more stage time so after she’s had some downtime today we’re gonna catch up tomorrow and put a plan in place to move forward from here 😊 rest day today for me so pretty chilled evening which was needed after a weekend of travelling to see clients shows x

I tend to walk in decent walking boots but I am walking round the farm/ fields and woods. If I was walking on footpaths I’d probably wear some comfy trainers

Had an absolutely awesome day at 2 bros seeing a few friends & having catch ups and also watching my client Izzy win her category was an absolutely awesome showing for her and huge improvements from the regional 2 weeks ago we also did a whole new routine/song and skills to the routine to improve before this pro qualifier. This evening despite being a little tired I trained hams and glutes still had a pretty decent session and definitely having an early night tonight as I’m at another client show tomorrow x

Definitely person dependent, but majority of the time the smaller the muscle the more it can take. For example delts, arms, calves can take more frequency than quads/ back

Hey guys! Busy day today client check ins and client work. Followed by 2 posing calls I then finished off house work/ food prep for the weekend. I then washed 6 cows ready for a show tomorrow. James is going to the cow show and I’ve got 2 client shows this weekend. I then trained push had a very good session even after a busy day it was a super strong session. Just having some downtime now before bed x

Personally I think it’ll be a squeeze to warm up train and eat before you go back to work all in 1 hour and i just think you’d be better dedicating the time after work or even before work. I think on a dinner break you’ll feel rushed and constantly watching the clock

With a small body part like calves I would just crack on tbh you’ve not run it very long so you will get use to it over time
