Personally I would run this for as long as is needed to get lean lean. If it’s your first time dieting to lean lean then you may need a little longer so I would just start pulling down and when you stall make a change and continue like that till you’re lean lean.

If the visuals are really changing then I would run with this for a little until you stop noticing visual changes

Hey guys! Check in day for me weighed in at 166.1 very happy with my look this morning one week off cycle now and bw has had a slight jump up and I look a little leaner – I know this will change as bw usually drops a little and I look a little softer when I’m off cycle but for now the look hasn’t changed
This morning I had 2 calls with clients for posing & a few check ins followed by some admin and odd bits.
I then trained push had an awesome session session felt very pumped to the point it actually hurt haha! Then had my off plan this even with James x

I would say post show is when you’re most insulin sensitive you shouldn’t need it here

Hey can’t imagine any of the athletes would use something like this I know I certainly haven’t and definitely wouldn’t.
I would happily diet and be hungry, do the cardio I need to, eat what I need to and use clen/yohimbine.
I don’t trust that semiglutide isn’t going to cause muscle loss. I don’t believe that it should be used in bodybuilding. You should be able to diet and lose fat from just diet/ output alone

I agree with Jordan’s stance here I would aim as an absolute minimum 50g per meal

Evening guys! So client check ins & new plans gone out today followed by some house work & then trained back, pretty good session today. Slight sore knee not entirely sure why so I’m currently sat with ice on it. Can see a little bruising but it’s only sore to touch and not when I walk/ squat so I’m not sure what I’ve done but doesn’t sound serious so will just keep an eye on it. Didn’t really affect my session and still progressed nicely x

Personally sore throat/headache I will train. I only don’t train if I feel dreadful l.. I guess it just goes on how you feel personally.
Training whilst ill ill can make you worse but if it’s not that bad and it’s just a cold I would crack on

If taken directly before/ after a workout I believe they can cause a negative impact on muscle growth

Hey guys Wednesday is always a busy work day for me so lots of client work! And admin bits followed by training legs! Had an awesome session legs now feel absolutely battered! Then this evening got some fantastic news that Izzy’s won her pro card in fitness from the weekend (due to low competitor numbers in most European shows they have to apply) so she’s turned pro which is fantastic news so happy for her and pleased! She’s over the moon bless her. So lots of planning and a good off season is ahead of her now xx

Personally I work my upper back better when my elbows are flared out and not tucked in, but try different positions and see what you feel best. A good thing to do is film it from behind in a vest so you can see that you’re moving / working correctly

Hey guys! Switched today to a rest day as I had a migraine this morning and usually it wiped me out for the day. It was a quick turn around and I was fine by midday but I was a meal behind so best for me to rest so I’ll be training legs tomorrow. So today was client work & then catching up with house work/ admins bits. This evening I’ve had my off plan meal and a nice walk with the dogs x
