    I would run a cut now around 8 ish weeks then reverse bringing cals up but keeping bf levels in a good place so you’re in a good spot to start prep in January

    I think everyone has their own way but it’s all pretty similar and makes the same haha

    I add cold water and pop in the microwave for 30-40sec intervals and stir inbetween until it’s a consistency I want.

    Hey guys! Busy Tuesday, client work, to the yard to sort candy(my horse) then walked the dogs and did some admin/ house work.

    This evening I trained legs with Tom and James I did a few bits different to them as my plan is slightly different but we still got to do a few exercises together which is nice. Pretty chilled even after training but was definitely needed as legs has written me off haha x

    I wouldn’t suggest that you need to. Personally I would just train hard and enjoy what you’re doing. At 16 you’re still learning to train to failure

    Evening all!! Monday as normal for me client work/ check ins followed by admin & dog walks.

    Trained pull today was a very good session but have noticed my hip hinge as slowed down a lot progression wise- have been running it for a decent run now and also off cycle so pretty normal and will squeeze what I can out before we change this.

    This evening I’ve walked the dogs after training and had a chilled evening x

    Hey guys! Rest day today for me. Set off early doors 6am from Home with 5 cows for today’s nidderdale cattle show. It was a pretty good show we had a good day come away with 1st 2x2nd 2x3rd and a 4th not our best not our worst but it was a super fun day (but a long one) we got home at 5:30pm sorted the cows & then cleaned the trailers before getting the dogs out then winding down for the evening to have some chill time x

    Having 2 variations I find is good if you’re split is less than how many days there are in the week. For example a ppl I would run 2 splits but then for my current split it’s a full week split so I just do the same each week

    Because with ppl you’re hitting the movements more often so having 2 rotations prevents you from stalling sooner

    Softness will just be body fat. It depends how soft you are if you’re too soft I would suggest pulling back to be able to have room to push forward.

    It will help with control over your stomach so will assist in training/bracing and posing and also your stamina for stage to hold your stomach

    Definitely take a look at your form when you’re lifting in that top set compared to other sets make sure that nothing changes.

    Hey guys! So busy day client calls this morning for posing followed by hams and glutes – took this session pretty steady as I’m just being cautious of my knee but it doesn’t seem to be getting any worse or feeling painful so that’s a good sign.

    This evening I’ve washed the cows ahead of tomorrow’s cattle show ☺️

    Thickness is just more muscle, it just takes time actually years of consistently running movements. I definitely agree with the guys above that rdl/sldl are good movements as a hip hinge but also incorporate plenty of rows/ pull downs
