If it’s your scheduled rest day then you should be resting, if you don’t feel like you need a rest day then possibly look at your intensity on the gym and making sure you’re training hard

I’d sway more towards not doing discontinuous reps it’s going to be super fatiguing and require a such a high demand and then you won’t be able to complete the session with the same intensity/ energy

You can store in the fridge for later that day or the following day. I haven’t trialled any longer but I can imagine 2 days in the fridge would be fine. But cor is fairly easy and quick to make so I’ve never needed to make any further in advance than a day

Having stiff legs on leg day, the idea would be to do all the back exercises the next day without lower back load of course. My question is whether the stiff legs would affect the performance of the exercises by having the lat and upper back fatigued, or would these two muscle groups really not be stimulated by the stiff legs?
Just read this so just adding to my answer. I don’t think you will have any issues here, only thing to do is trial it. Do it monitor see how you get on

If pull is purely back movements then yes you could do a hip hinge on the leg day but this is personal dependent some can get away with more than others

Hey guys! Happy Monday! Busy Monday for me, client work this morning followed by some bits on the farm in the pouring rain haha! Got drenched. Then did some admin lots of admins to catch up on today along with some house work before training back
Had a flipping amazing back session nice progression on my hip hinge + 3 reps! Very happy as this has been stuck for 3 weeks haha!
Rest of the session was pretty good matched or beat my numbers. Which for right now on TOTM and also off cycle I’m pretty happy to see things still moving.Check in with hilly pwo fairly happy with shots seem to be holding condition fairly decently. Definitely feeling heavy haha!

Honestly don’t worry I would either crack on as normal or do an extra set elsewhere. 1 week will not make a difference at all 😊

Evening guys! Rest day for me, Sunday is always abit of a reset day for me, house work, food shop and anything I need to get done to make my week run smooth + some downtime recharge time. Pretty chilled day x

If you’re absolutely certain with starting peds Jordan’s dosing here is perfect but where possible I would always encourage as much natural growth as possible at 19 you still have many more training years ahead so there’s absolutely no doubt you can make progress from more time pushing up and cutting & repeat

This is the exact reason not to use, no other athlete/ bodybuilder is using. I can imagine it wouldn’t be the best in retaining muscle as it completely diminishes you appetite.
