    Hey all busy day today! Started off with client work, plans followed by sorting the horse/ cows I then trained legs had a pretty good session maintained most of my numbers few progressions. Feeling pretty smashed today but rest day tomorrow and we’re running a high day which my body probably needs as it continued to drop after the last high day.

    Had a chilled evening been working doing client set ups and replying to emails/ admin bits x

    Hey guys! Happy Monday! Hope you’re all well. So busy day client work and new starter plans. And 2 calls with clients followed by some admin before training. Trained upper today very good session strength still slight down just on T-bar row not entirely sure why as we had a high day yesterday to fuel this session too maybe it’s just run its course now haha x

    No I would rest, stick to your days as it’ll catch up otherwise. You can’t recover that quick. You don’t need to feel absolutely smashed to know you’ve had a good workout

    Evening all! Rest day today, spent the day catching up on admin, planting bulbs in the garden, house work and walking the dogs for my steps- pretty chill day all in all x

    Hey guys busy one today had our first baby calf born this morning had to feed him a bottle as he didn’t latch on straight away but all seems good now ☺️ then went to the gym and shooted for the new TBJP clothing with Beth. I then trained legs after had a very good session and really aching now haha! I then watched rugby & had a zoom call with a client and chilled for the evening x

    Creatine can be taken where ever suits you. Curcurmin depending on how early you wake you could still take Am & PM but if not then as Jordan says some around 3pm & again pre bed works well

    Evening all! Rest day today for me, busy day of client work/ admin and a few calls. Also a good shop and a few errands done and a quick nip to the nail salon haha! Had a chilled evening tonight watched a film and had some downtime ☺️ x

    Add some extra padding. You can actually buy a padding that straps to a leg extension to add more padding/ increase rom
