Hey guys! Push day today! Busy day plenty of steps – not all planned but sometimes that’s how it goes haha! Also did a food shop and client work/ admin. Push session was pretty good progressed on some maintained on other exercises but overall a good one. Then took Pwo photos for hilly just awaiting feedback but will update you all

I’ve heard mixed reviews some good and some saying nothing majorly noticeable. If Jordan runs this he will give a true opinion on whether it’s worth it for sure

I love a rest pause but I tend to only do it with isolation exercises and probably only 1-2 times in a session

Evening all!! Fairly chilled ish day client check ins this morning and 2 calls – check ins are always slow on a bank holiday. I then trained pull had an awesome session. The got the rest of my steps in once home and food prepped for tomorrow and watched a YouTube before bed x

You’d just have to eye ball it in this case. I guess with carbs fats it’s a little easier for example looking on the backs of packs it’ll say 1 packet of rice is X carbs or 1 bagel is X carbs dark choc 2 squares is roughly 20-25g
Protein wise is where it’s a little harder I would just eye ball and when it comes to being a surplus just increase the carbs and deficit decrease. Honestly I would do one or the other I don’t think these 2 can go hand in hand at all it just won’t work from a recovery aspect and both want different things nutritionally too

Hey guys! Rest day today did the usual walked the dogs & cardio this am. Then headed to a car meet with James he wanted a look about and a coffee so it was something nice to do together so we headed to Leeds saw some cool cars and had a nice coffee and a chill drive back. Then this evening we’ve been doing some halter work with some of the cows ahead of a show we have coming up it was pretty good all went fairly well just getting them used to walking in a halter and standing properly managed to get all my steps in doing this haha! When then showered them off and turned them out. Had a super chilled evening, replied to emails & a few admin bits watched a film and chilled x
