Hey guys decent day today back to push a and it was better.
I will continue to re asses as weeks go by, I think the volume will likely need to come down slightly in these but all will tell by the look and feel. For now we keep moving forward.

Pretty dreadful, our smith is wank but still got it done
Volume way higher than usual and the calf work with ab wheel before doesn’t work for me took the fire I had going for pressing away from me.
Pretty big drop off in Strenght and generally just felt shit.
