Hey Dean, I noticed that the Kyolic have 0 allicin content. So it’s not good for gut health?
And how we can know if our gut health it’s good? Like how much gas it’s normal on a daily basis?

Pre:
20g prepare
30g sustain
20g mps max
Intra:
60g Sustain
30g MPS Max
15g Creagen
15g Peptopro
15g EAA
Post:
125g Himmeltau or Cream of Rice
40g Isolate
1 Rice Krispie Treat
4caps Halcyon
Alongside this I use:
Love heart – 2 AM 2 PM
Cure-comin – 1 AM 1 PM
Halcyon – 4 pre sleep
Orange Triad – 3 AM 3 PM
Krilloil – 1g AM 1g PM
Fishoil – 1g AM 5g PM
K2 – in AM Fishoil included
Kidney and Bloodpressure Stack – 4AM 4PM
Liver Stack – 4PM
Arthrobene – 1AM 1PM
OPC – 1AM 1PM
alongside this healthsupps I use:
0,5mg ARI e2d – a lowered E2 results in less water retention and lowered bloodpressure, this is why I reintroduced this
5mg Lisinopril ed – Bloodpressure medication
