Juan – Yes Vanadyl Sulfate is 20% vanadium by weight so 5mg.
Very hard to say a minimum time but most are short half live so days apart.
Primate – Adjust the aromasin as necessary. YOu will need to be titre it slowly and monitor how bloodwork responds until its back in range.
KPF – IF there was some, I’d be very very rich. The best thing for PCT is truly remaining regimented and keeping on track to diet and obeying recovery. Fulvic Acid from Shilajit extract potentially but in all honesty its mindset.
Scott – I’m not sure on the exact page but if you read back through the log to September 2018 it will begin discussion there.
Roht – I would not supplement with potassium citrate unless you know there is an imbalance. Aim for the RDA of 4700mg but be mindful there is a balance to Sodium, Potassium, Magnesium and Calcium which needs to be kept regulated.

Hey JP, why you don’t add more hydrowhey to the MPS max like you did it before? It’s overkill?

    Good morning.
Yesterday was chest and arms with a lying lateral to finish, the session went as follows
    A1) Leg press calf press
    B1) Incline DB Press 5-9 & 9-12
    C1) Weighted Tricep Dip 5-9 & 9-12
    C2) SA DB Preacher Curl 5-9 & 9-12
(After the last set of SA Preacher I did some pump work for chest, just 2 rounds of high cable flys into kneeling)
D1) Bicep metabolic work which was a mechanical drop set 3 round 10-15 reps
E1) Tricep Metabolic work which was cross body ext into overhead ext
    F1) Lying Laterals 5-9, 9-12 & 12-15 finished this with partials.
Was an awesome session, today I’ve woken up at 75.8kg which is the lightest I’ve been all week so I’m going to up food. I count everything besides veg so I’ve stopped doing trace, just type it into my fitness pal. After reading so many of the athletes eat higher protein diets I wanted to try this myself. I also mentioned in my insta story that I’m trying to limit my veg intake via volume so ive got a greens drink. Due to having UC i think eating a lot of veg isn’t always the wisest move for myself.
    TD
P 250g (up 10g, my basic aim is 5x40g servings of a complete protein source in each meal)
    C 400g upped 50g
F 35g (down 5g as i wanted to up carbs)
    NTD
    P 250
    C 100 or 150g
    F 100 or 80g
(im not decided on which to use a really high fat approach on rest days with little carbs or a high fat with moderate carbs). I want to make my body as metabolically flexible as possible something DR Scott talks about in his fortitude book and how to be your own bodybuilding coach. Got my check in with cal tomorrow who will pretty much give me his point of view on my approach and then I will be booking in another call with dean in two weeks when bloods are back.
My only issue atm is sleep, falling asleep great but waking up at 3am and then not able to go back asleep. Again drugs still will be in my system so this could be part of the issue. If anybody has any tip or advice on this then I am all ears.
Off to PCA midlands today to watch cal and matt compete.

Hi mate, could you list your meal by meal training day eating? And current OTC supplements? Thanks

We don’t change much at all, body doesn’t stop responding to movements either . We swap things out when we totally stall and can’t get stronger and then bring them back in again. Over the case of maybe a few years we basically have the same structure , same volume, same exercises , we just swap the odd move in and out , swap the odd rest day here and there , maybe add / take away volume. Largely it never changes or needs to.

“When you feel like giving up, remember why you started in the first place”

    Hey Dean some questions.

I read that vanadyl sulfate can be toxic in humans and can cause gut issues. Which will be a good amount to take daily to stay in the safety range?

And your GDA in sure contains 25 mg of vanadyl sulfate or 5 mg? In the label says 20%

Which it’s the minimum time that you reccomend to wait between taking antimicrobials and probiotics? To stay safe and not kill the probiotics

And since the kyolic garlic have 0 allicin, it’s still effective for gut health?

    Thanks!
