Incline prime all day, flat diverges out too much, incline is perfect!

Hey JP, did you increase the protein amount in your intra?
Mostly asked because you ramp up from previous update the protein intra, from 40 gr to 60 gr now, but it’s the same quantity of MPS max as before.

Hi Juan
So there’s a few things you could try before going down the GH route it all just depends on what you want to do.
So start taking b12 as this is proven to help neuropathy also you could but Tens machine and start using that (make sure it’s a good one) but you’d probably be better actually getting electrolysis or needling.
But yes GH will help but it’s not guaranteed and it can take up to 6-12 months to heal or see an improvement if any! Purely depends how bad the neuropathy is. But possibly looking into going to a private doctor route first_________________________________________

Btw, for supplements I was taking Jarrow B right vitamins complex. Do you reccomend adding a pure b12 supp too plus the jarrow?
Also, it’s there any other supplement that I can add to help? I have axonotmesis in median nerve and ulnar nerve

For example, if I had that burning sensation in the lower part of the bicep. Do you reccomend me to still train back?
