I think tbh the strength curve on the prime maybe the one though , I did love using that when I was at front line

Hammer iso pulldown is a horrendous piece compared to prime pulldown , it’s handles are shit , it’s seat is shit , the stern the curve is awfullllllllllll.

2) Comparing the Hammer plate loaded flat press to the Nautilus plate loaded flat press, which it’s better between both?
