    Some may say is a good thing but I’m a lil bottom heavy so currently doing

    Monday – lower
    Tuesday – push
    Wednesday – rest
    Thursday – pull
    Friday – rest
    Saturday – push
    Sunday – pull

    Need my upper body to catch up 🙂
