DURING THE NIGHT – 60p/20fcurrently my steps are low, iv pulled it all right back, I’m not wearing a fit bit, but I’m sedentary now.even in the lab at uni I’m not standing, I go get a chair lol. my lecturer gets that I’m trying to gain weight so by sitting all day it makes it MUCH easier, flip side when diet comes il be on my feet gradually more, until then just spend all day racking up step count

Jorge, defo look a little sharper, that was all water for defo. il likely move off more water from the npp leaving nd then il take somepics in maybe a week, then it will be a gd reflection of where I’m at before then start to get flat from the lower drugs.
274 ths am, rest again today, super hungry running second consecutive low day. so il add in some more food today, can feel my weight will drop if I dnt as my rest days as low cal

hey james, I do zig zag from time to time, but atm just keeping my set up V simple. and its working well.
Marcello, carbs are anabolic for sure. but so are protein , fats, resting and taking naps 🙂 . use carbs based on your energy demands.

Bonac was a really cool guy, the footage will be up asap, super excited for that. he spoke about his competing a lot. obv he is a super hig volume trainer and the pace is fast, with that in mind he is really strong, his strength just doesn’t drop at all, mine because I don’t train that way or at that speed, dropped v v fast. he is v focused on longevity, so doesn’t need to be lifting crazy things with his shape and balance being his strengths

hey guys, so I hit 276.8 sunday am, legs that day wasv gd, the tissue work I’m getting from a girl in my physiology class is great, seeing her again Friday.
I stopped inject oxy/dbol last shot was thurs last week. the water moves off fast when u don’t use it, I’m 273 this am. il cruise now for 8 weeks until I start prep, so the goal is to fight to hold my weight around 275, ilup my gh and insulin a touch here to eek out something from that. I’m going to cruise on just test at 500mg , aromosin at 12.5mg eod , gh will be 8iu ed, slin 12iu pre and pwo.
I’m resting this week from training now. back at it from Monday.

no belts imo. if you want safety, squat perfectly and build erectors that will protect your spine. Corinne wears a belt because technically she is an awful squatter, but also has the biggest squat in the uk… IF you had the biggest squat in the uk, id say wear a belt just incase 🙂 , if yout not trying to become the best squatter in the uk, ensure technique is always amazing and force back to get stronger as the actual weight you lift comparatively to others isn’t relevant, just that you yourself are progressing

hey amy, I haven’t seen it used enough to comment. on paper, absolutely it looks effective, but the companies that sell it, I would want it lab tested to know its even the real thing. with anavar, in this country its always real. I’m yet to see anavar that’s not anavar, underdosed sure, but never a diff compound, this would be a better choice at a low dose imo

id pick one exercise per body part and hit it with a compound move, for 2 sets, one heavier 5-9 , and one lighter 10-15 reps
id just swap it, you only fail once in a MR , so id swap for a hard 15 rep that is to failure

there is a warm up video that Corinne has done, please watch that 🙂
I may warm up really v close to my work set, if its a big compound move, I sometimes even do a rep on the workset weight if I feel really off and need to be sure that its going to be ok. I never log warm ups as I never warm up the same, I warm up as to whats needed to make me feel warm
