Hit today- 6x15s on , 95seconds off … Today this was easy, v happy indeed …. 90s next time 🙂 , HR shot upto 170 and back to 120 v quick, recovery is hugely improved – ADAPT or die 🙂
Corinne hit two hit sessions today and is now at the pool for a third session, I up her food and she counters it by trying to burn off more, but it’s working her Glutes had seriously crazy deep striations In this morn- truly freaky
Rest tonight , this will be the last eve off from now til show, as mentioned will be adding ab calf and prob glute work in the eve of hit. I love this last bit of preps, the bits that test you, this is where it gets fun and results happen.

Hey rose, In honesty a week isn’t going to hurt you in the grand scheme of things, simply run a non training day diet, refeed end of week as that low day for a week will see glycogen depleated then pick back up where left off 🙂

Si she is terrible 🙂 , she literally has 2-3 pounds of body fat left total on her, we can’t pinch anything anywhere now, just water from high carbs and yohimbine. When a 135 pound girl takes In 400g carbs a day as those are what her body needs due to metabolic adaptations, that 400g inevitably can’t all be stored as glycogen, so some of the excess water spills over into interstitial spaces, making her appear soft … Until gets a pump and it all pulls back in and she realises she is shredded again lol.

Ok delts and arms today, good sessions yet again, we took volume up in delts.. Which we filmed – to show an insight into how training shifts moving into the final stages of prep. Will be filming each week to show 5/4/3/2/1 into the uni, as well as lots more backstage stuff and behind scenes stuff at the show. I want to show more on carb up and what has me decide these things in the final 24-48 hours, these are important decisions that will cost you big time if screw up.
I hope people took good things from the q n a initial vid, the Facebook post is up to ask next lot of questions…
Hit Tmo, and I am genuinely nervous and thinking about it already as my legs are heavy and I’m tired, but 600mg of phenibut tonight before bed should knock me out ready to hit it hard, il likely be adding a second session to my rest day next week which will be abs and calfs. So will be doing two sessions everyday from then into the comp… Id rather add a second session then pull my food down.
I have had a few requests on how to make the site better which we are onto doing, this site is all about helping you guys in an affordable way, so il do the best I can to make it as good as I can 🙂

Hey Jon, as jack as said , I certainly do feel they are worth the expense. When it comes to fat sources, animals stress hormones are stored in fat cells, this is referred to as bio accumulation; so a stress free animal, grazing on it’s natural diet will lead to higher quality foods which knock onto less toxins consumed by us. This I feel is important from both a body composition and health perspective

hey nick, i eat high quality food year round, my food choices dont ever vary, just quantities, so atm i save a few quid as im eating less 🙂

Paul, good quality whey… reflex micro whey, or dymataize iso 100 is superb , bcaa pre and during workout, 5g omega 3 a day, 3g evening primrose a day, a good multi vit, 5 g creatine post workout. you can do that for 100 a month for sure

hey rose, they will be a good boost ontop of the shredabull, but i wouldnt advise tyrosine and shredabull , the alpha gpc and huperzine a defo would be good, there is a supplement called pre by jym, this has all of it in, plus aminos and creatine, and citrulline and beta alanine, that is your best bet for a cost efficient all in one 🙂

hey guys, 6 weeks out, this week went quick, ended at 250 pounds with calipers all down, my body does this in preps i gain weight and drop it and gain it, growing is always the goal and obviously being assisted supplement wise, this happens in prep regardless of a caloric deficit.
delts n arms yday was great, hilly and stephen two of my good pals where down, posed after n all is on track, hilly agreed my changes for next week with me, carbs are down 360 to 300 training, 250 to 200 rest day, hit intensity keep going up, training volume up
hit this morn was great, tested me mentally as it hit my breathing hard cutting recovery to 100s. next session 95 will be brutal, but needs must.

i am really sorry re the q n a vid, i have recorded it twice one on my phone , second on my camera… something is obv wrong as nothing is uploading to drop box or any file share, so tonight il re do it a third time on corinnes laptop on the web cam, we will get that up tmo, then can run another on monday…. its so hard being such a technical genius LOL
i expect the next week to get hard, looking forward to being tested

nick, you cant spot reduce, get lean it will come off, if still holding get leaner… eventually it has to come off

ciaran, you defo shouldnt have any issues at all getting lean, just need re re adjust your calorie intake based on calorie expenditure
