I do now know my limit on what compounds I can use that Max that out which I think is important, but this year my whole approach is to be so conservative just uptil maybe 6 weeks out from a show, when then it’s time to push because I want to win. Ur Hr should be at 130bpm. If u spend 10 mins getting it up there that’s wasted time IMO, so I go hard for a minute when I start to drive Hr up straight away.
Bodyweight cardio is my preference, you will get greater results for the timeframe. So stepper is tops, 20 mins on that feels like 45 mins on the bike. Next would be incline treadmill.

Profession should be every session, but don’t just repeat the same exercise session after session. Rotation of exercises will mean the longevity of the programme is maintained. With an upper lower I would have 2 min, maybe 3 variations to each session. Once you repeat a previous session you progress the lifts performed

Yes, I am just getting myself Into the position to hit some of these Lifts. I do two heavy sessions/ week , my lifts atm are pretty gd considering I’m cruising, defo the strongest I have been on a cruise, so will see some big lifts soon. In two weeks I intend to take things up in what I’m doing, still v v moderate , but just higher then the cruise I’m currently running. My aim for the year is to improve on as little drugs as possible as that approach has much greater longevity to it

Fully understanding the reasons why people are doing things, often leads to greater compliance and therefore greater results, I encourage people to ask why they are doing what they are doing
The people I have truly seen progress well, know how to excecute exercises properly, so if you struggle with certain moves or body parts, hire someone to teach you. The same goes for intesnity, if you struggle with your intensity, just get one pt session a week from someone that can really out you through it, that intensity will soon transfer to your other sessions.

Of the small things that will add upto an overall big thing: I. E – never miss ur vitamins, never miss meals, always sleep as needed, always stay hydrated, even when cheat .. Avoid processed rubbish. Etc etc, that is ultimate compliance; but in honesty unless your mentally wired that way it’s v hard to force yourself to do this, so typically the People that show this level of compliance want their goals bad enough that it exceeds any other desirestrainedbyjp@hotmail.co.uk |

Hey Matt, hydro whey is partially digested and its absorbtion rates are the highest of any whey, however hydro casein has higher fractions of di and Tri peptides, which are what account for its even greater absorbtion again. Now pepto pro is a particular brand of hydro casein whose di and Tri peptides exceed a really high percentage, this is why it is sadly so costly. But 15g of it peri wo makes a big diff, I advise the genetic supplements ones , coconut flavour is anazing

When my next lot of blood work comes back, If my hematocrit is still too high, I will donate again sooner then just 12 weeks to knock it back to where It needs to be.

In that situation si I would stop weighing totally, when I have clients that have this scenario, I don’t want them to atep on the scale. The mirror and your lifts are the only feedback you need. I prep quite a few females without actually knowing their weight the whole prep, jess and Corinne are examples of these I have no idea what they weigh most of the time. I do everything from looking at them

scotts plan is v good, it defo doesnt NEED changing ,anything i do change is just minor tweaks in the grand scheme of his plan. i intend to run it for another six weeks, before then taking my energy expenditure over the week up, and moving upto 5 weights sessions vs the current 4 atm. so that plan will be a blend of push pull legs and upper/lower training
