and when I say x 10 I mean only the negatives . CrAzy water , mega oily skin , libido much harder to control as e2 just goes batshit , because of the e2 going so insane it Ramps anxiety higher than anything I have ever ever ever felt and it’s very bloody hard to make me anxious , I’m honestly nearly impossible to rattle in that way where I worry about things and that drug made me think the world was going to end

Get laterals out of lower day, doing them day before trying to press is just absurd haha
Reduce press volume in upper , hit 4 total sets pressing , add Laterals
Remove laterals agajn from lower
Lower press volume in full body , 3 sets

I don’t love it very much , if your training 4 days a week just train upper lower rest upper lower rest rest
If your adamant to keep it , in push change one of the presses to an overhead press and add some laterals , and add a tricep isolation movement to upper

Try the 400 cyp without anything else first , if you feel like before then just crack on 🙂 , if not then you know the test is under dosed

Because I can’t get any proper work on it other than the leg ext and hip thrust , I feel like I need to entirely max out the stimulus from those , in that I got my legs really fucking nice in this run before the injury and the stimulus from the compound work was what caused it but 2-3 leg ext eod just isn’t doing it , despite the frequency , so I’m going to try the upper / lower and see if I can halt anymore drop off before I have it able to do actual work , at 3 sleeps I can do a lot of leg ext / hip thrust work and that should do a better job ( I think )

It’s a great question 🙂 . So I’m very much hoping you found your volume sweet spot in off-season , as when we prep we always really want to keep the same rough volume with the ability to maybe lower a set or so based on recovery demands , but the overall volume won’t lower THAT much . So provided you are sure of your volume based on your offseason progressive overload feedback , then just be patient with Your diet phase to protect performance as best you can , and don’t get TOOO hung up on the performance dips . ( says me , who thinks the world is ending if I I miss a rep haha )

Totally fine to do heavy and light days , I have always seen consistent growth with everyone in any rep range .
The athletic stuff , mixing in with the hyper trophy is going to be about you figuring out what then impacts recovery demands and doesn’t , in that we defo know what a rigid FB set up looks like , but your adding things we just don’t know , so you will be figuring it out yourself there really 🙂
Forearms are an odd muscle , if your keen to grow them I would still do 1 set at the end of the Actual session so they get a chance to rest

Re added 500 ish a day now for 3 days , split into 125mcg doses yday , did 4 , today will only be 3 , doesn’t seem to be any water retention coming back from it
Todays session was superb
Now I have moved all of the water off , I can see a lot clearer the left leg is down , which is annoying as shit . So today I went back to single leg ext , and got closer to stimulus on the single leg rodgers , still going to be a bit until it’s 30 reps to failure , but today it was 18 reps on a weight that I reckon would be 30 reps on the good leg . I’m confident in a couple weeks that’s 30 reps and that’s then immense , but that movement how I’m doing it, is like a compound leg extension , there is very little hip going on at all and no stretch in the adductor, so will see in a couple more weeks how that left leg is fairing
