    Good session, no adductor pain so I was able to attack everything as I wanted

    Lat pull x 6 x 5 x 2 x 7
    Lat row x 6 x 6 x 6
    Upper back row x 5 x 5 x 5
    Rear delt row x 8 x 6 x 6
    T bar shrug x 6 x 6
    Curls x 9 x 5 x 5 x 4

    Stomach starting to distend a fair bit on that last diet change , need to work out in the next few days if that’s acceptable or I have to reset it a bit

    One thing I will add , this tear has defo fucked a few areas up , the area to the left of my pubic bone is also so tender I can’t touch it at all , so that isn’t even adductor , so we will see what happens with that

    I don’t bother with scans unless I feel like there is a rupture , reason being, it doesn’t really serve me personally any benefit , maybe because I know how to rehab , but when you get hurt , the pain is going to be your feedback , don’t take painkillers , don’t ice it ! It all needs to swell and be in pain the first few days so you can really feel what is what , this will let you know quickly how much you can move . Like I know I can walk , but not well , and I know I can’t get up/down off things yet , so this is good feedback that wouldn’t be ideal , maked by anti Inflammatory drugs

    Once sitting , I can extend the knee pain free , so I’m still confident I can single leg ext tmo, will it be stimulus ? Even 20 rep to failure ? I don’t know yet , but I think within a week, I can get stimulus at the quad and ham , and that’s key really . And then the moment I can , I will sit in tbe adductor machine every session and just flush it with blood on pin 1 , moving super slow . I expect that to be another week until I can do that , and then literally we are off , daily blood flow 🙂

    I have been there before so I know how to mentally deal with it, I do agree it’s a bit odd , but I just now will ignore that one leg mentally until it’s ready to be a part of what I’m doing again 🙂

    So no real change yet , very very very sore just moving around , couldn’t turn in bed.

    Pull today , I don’t think I have to change anything , I don’t use my
    Legs in anything I do , so we should be sweet

    I say the same thing again, you need therapy matey. The sooner you can get yourself speaking to a professional, your going to start feeling better . Every single post you make on here is a cry for help, but you never ever make steps towards actually making any changes

    Annoyingly the tear is fucking shit , my mobility is worse Again today as it’s so so sore and I have to be so careful. I couldn’t really move at all in bed as it was just biting

    BUT , it doesn’t change anything , I will compete and I will win , it’s one small area of a body part that once it’s not moving , doesn’t hurt

    Which means push today , I will have to restart diff movements where I don’t leg drive at all , which is fine by me

    I was 277 this morn , slight food bump agajn today , I will post it later

    All you have talked about there is feel , I feel this

    But feel is relevant only when your super experienced , as until then you don’t know what you feel

    But you have one question to answer , are your lifts progressing , if yes , your building muscle

    I don’t think so, I think I can be ok, my legs were ahead anyways , so I will lose some and should have them back and in the meantime keep hammering the upper. Tres annoying but I have been here before , I know how to rehab , moving around now it’s fuckinggg soreeee

    Legs was superb today until the very last set of the day, where I tore my adductor bad on the adductor machine , very frustrating, it was second set , never ever felt vulnerable and it was on the eccentric, super freak injury tbh . It’s sore now, it will be very very sore tmo , I can walk , but tmo will be interesting getting up/down off things . I have done this before , rehab will take me a while

    Because I’m still pushing to get upper size back , I will keep to ppl , as my upper need their own days, I should be able to leg ext / curl once it’s settled , and then I will do rehab work that challenges the adductor daily , once it lets me . If I’m in the gym 3 days in a row , that will look like limited ROM , very light adductor machine and just doing that all 3 days and then giving it a day to rest , building that over the weeks . Based on how bad it felt/ sounded , compared to last time , be 4-5 months to get back to proper lifts , will try my hardest to get it healed faster
