pull today and im literally broken now, i need to be super careful managing my fatigue, as im getting some joint feedback that is like heyyyy becareful !
274 this morn, v ready to re add my cycle, been thinking about ratios and i really want my
joints to hold up so i will start at 1:1 again after all , and then adjust accordingly, as i would rather run my e2 high than low , i hate the water i get , it makes walking damn fucking hard , but again, i would rather start high and adjust based on how my joints feel

the problem is buddy that we don’t understand the disease so we cant ever say to you what you should do, all i know is i wouldnt give up on something i love. if its possible to seek private medical care, i would do that, as they will understand the need to balance your goals and your health

everything is just reaction based , so see how far you can push things and react accordingly, some can take the piss and still look great, some cant . Eveything in bodybuilding is reacting to what is going on

Hey 🙂 , i dont think college is a must , but it defo doesnt hurt , just depends how much it will cost?
road map wise to how this looks , you are defo going to need to build a really decent physique of your own and get pretty strong , to get any eyes on you
that coupled with a real willingness to help people and a crazy desire to learn from everyone and anyone and you will build a very successful career in the industry
if its your passion it will honestly be easy 🙂

sadly buddy no coach will take responsibility, it will you have to be you , who makes the decisions.
If i was you, i would stay on a trt dose that has me at the upper end for testosterone , for a few months and see how i felt with the new medication and how my blood work was and what the doctors thought of my inflammatory markers. This would be my first step.

firstly im sorry to hear you are having to deal with this both physically and mentally , i can imagine its caused a lot of grief
i have not heard of the issue, so i had a google and a read up. Im not a doctor , so obviously i cant say what is and is not possible, however , often in medicine, they will say, “ he will never walk again… never lift heavy again” etc etc , and i believe that is always about expectation management for them, they start at the worst case knowing then anything better is a bonus for someone . Try your absolute best to focus on you being the one still that decides what you can and cant do, of course you MUST be extremely meticulous with monitoring your health , but maybe see what your body can do, while managing your issue, and go from there?

i have done a lot of reading on reddit on this, and there are a LOT of people sharing their addiction problems from kratom. Obv im not going to tell you what to do, but from reading those and knowing how dangerously addictive my mind is, i know i wont touch them. in Vegas, someone gave kuba samples of gd ones and gave him extra to give to me, i said no, as i cant touch stuff like that
be safe and smart with your decisions 🙂

i know many many people would fresk out over those ratios but literally no one can tell you what feels gd/ right, so huge kudos for working out your own numbers .
* disclaimer, i dont advise anyone start anything close to these cycles, start 1:1 and adjust up or down based on feel. Me and Connor are outliers and the cycles we run would feel trash for most
i can say mate that primo builds a fuck load of muscle, so you dont need to make it anymore anabolic, so i dont think more test + an a.i is needed and i dont think nandrolone is needed either
