If I get 0.5kg a session I’m happy. I don’t get rep jumps once I’m adjusted into the lift very often

It wouldn’t of been full body or a deficit
Hard to say if they have a benefit, so if in a surplus and lifts are progressing and it’s not a high frequency split , try them and see . I personally don’t bother at all anymore

At some point , 6 sets of presses , every 3 sleeps . Always stalls
Pull this back to 4 sets , that may seem low but just remember your needs to create new stimulus are low
2 x chest ( I would do mid incline , so still hirs sone Delts )
1 x overhead

Rotate , so normal cable pushdowns and then next session banded pushdowns
Normal dips and then machine dips
Different machines for ohead press
Pec dec and cable fly
Etc

I would start upper :
2 sets push downs
2 sets dips
2 sets ohead press
2 sets pec dec
Then whatever back work you doStart lower
4 sets bicepsDo this for 6 months

I imagine at that push volume I’m basically going to hold / creep a tiny bit , but that’s totally fine , I need to absolutely wellie the legs tmo so the U/L split again shines for me in that way immensely . Obv for most doing U/L , 2-3 sets chest is ample at 3 sleeps to see continuous growth , im defo past that and need more , but I’m happy to have a few sessions of push on maintenance until I can get the leg working at full capacity and then I’m back to modified full bod 🙂

I would only do 2 sets on the Friday , but 5 sets on the Monday . This will see much more consistent progress

ROM is going to be normal ROM that you see every bodybuilder do , they all do the same , copy that. Grips are about what is comfortable, so pick the ones that you like the most , and then just keep going

Don’t do forearms before the rest
