What your failing to realise is , if you do thah , you will gain let’s say 10 pounds muscle
If you do the other way , your probably still getting 10 pounds muscle
All that matters is just getting on with it , which is what you personally struggle with

Add one instead of a leg curl in a session , exercise order doesn’t matter , start with weaknesses and whenever you get to Hams, do an rdl / sldl . ALL that matters is you progress the lift , that is ALL you need focus on . Whatever you can do for 8-10 reps now , get 60-80 more kg on it for 8-10 asap

So if you do that you can go up 30 pounds yes , even natural , and just go a bit a slower

And the questions when your sub 100kg will never be about resistance profiles , exercise order or even the exercise selection .
They are , is progressing over load occurring and is your body weight going up . That is it!!

It’s all the same , all of these things do the same thing . You won’t notice any diff in the drugs at those doses.

All that matters is PO session to session and pushing weight up. It genuinely doesn’t matter if it’s fb or UL , as st 70kg it can be press ups and pull ups in the park .

Mast will cause same issues as primo, infact usually less lipid impacting as lipids are more related to e2 levels
Everything you have said above primo does too
Only actual factor is mast won’t lower e2 so you will need to lower test to 150 and run mast at 250

I did stiff legs last session after a period off them , i could only do 6 plates , I will fairly quickly get back to 7 and half , that’s all neurological and then after that period everyone creeps forward at the same ish rates . Beginners should be able to jump more but it’s not always the case , depends if they are shit when it comes to actually pushing hard or not
250 stage weight for 6 4 at the lowest

Then crack on
ALL that matters is PO . Don’t think about anything else , don’t think about volume changes , soreness , rep ranges . Just PO , session after session , with no changes to form / tempo . That’s it . Do that for 2-3 years without getting distracted by random shit , and that’s you then much much bigger
