Hi guys, what would be the additional benefit of adding BCAA to EAA/Peptopro Mix. If protein synthesis is limited by the least available EAA at that time, will adding BCAA to the mixture have any positive effect on MPS, seeing as it is likely the EAA/Peptopro mix will already contain suffcient BCAA with the 3g of leucine for maximal MPS in it?

Hi guys,
I did prowlers today for the first time in a while and suffered from the prowler flu big time haha! Couldn’t see straight and couldn’t catch any air for what felt an eternity haha.I definitely prefer them to bike sprints though, I feel the fatigue in my lungs rather than the fatigue from lactic acid build up in my legs that bike sprints give me if that makes sense?
Why will over doing these see diminishing returns JP?

Hi guys just unclear about some aspects of keto. When you refeed do you temporarily come out of ketosis for that day or is it for the next subsequent days post refeed? In this case what is the purpose of the refeed? Is it to reset the metabolism?
