Just put your vial and barrels etc in your wash bag and put in your suitcase if going to France. You will have no trouble.

If you are having good jabs from the same batch and sporadic bad shots it’s likely your injection protocol or how you are administering lt. possibly in certain sites etc

Solid day today. Felt amazing this morning I could of walked the belt off the treadmill. All lifts progressed in the logbook and the look
Was very good. Nice and tight and pretty dry. Still holding a little water in the lower back. I’ve just not regained the tightness yet from restricted water and carbs etc but that will play out nicely in the next few days. Weight was 221 this morning. On the scales before bed I’m 226.7 so that may even be a slight increase in weight tomorrow as I loose 5lbs over night. This will be down to being back in the gym etc so I’m bound to be a little heavier. Back on rest day tomorrow and likely a pro/fat day now we are changing diet daily accordinglyInstagram: jimmytonk

Like Kuba says it depends on how much body fat you were initially carrying. A hard aggressive cut after 4 weeks will leave you feeling like you are. It doesn’t mean you have lost muscle either necessarily.
I would assess how long you need to stay in a deficit to hit the level of condition you need for a good composition. This doesn’t mean goal weight. If you still have a number of weeks left a couple of days of refeeding or a small diet break will give you enough freshness to go again and finish the job along with a likely increase in training performance

I’m with kubas notion here of there is never really a ratio. It’s all individual tolerance and reaction to each compound etc
Around 300-500 if the compounds would be a nice cycle

Depends on what you are running, what bloodwork says etc. There’s nothing wrong with going a little heavy handed on the health supps for a while imo especially if you are pushing or in a long contest prep

Hey all. What a couple of days! Brace yourself for a long one.
So as you know my height is always up and down between the 220 and 230 cut off. Recently the leaner I got I was shrinking a bit too much so I wanted to play it safe and hit the 220 cut off simply so we could test the waters for Poland. This meant yesterday we did meals every 3 hours of 30g whey iso pro in 100ml water and 60g oil and 300ml water in between meals. I weighed in at 217 but made the 230 height cap so the restriction in food and water was unnecessary.. however what this did do was allow us to see the look after the pro/oil meals and water intake. Basically I was absolutely bang on all day yesterday with that approach and could of easily stepped on stage. This is data we needed and now know we can do this protocol show day with it being effective.
Registration was late as there was a crash on the m4 and they closed the motorway. Once registration was done I needed to eat ASAP. Travelling to out apartment we called the host to let them know we will arrive in 5 mins to which some chavvy guy answered and said there was a fire in the apartment so we can’t stay there. This was bullshit as I’d already paid for the apartment and I could telll something was fishy. We then had a pit stop at costa where we unloaded half the car with cream of rice, scales, bowls, isolate and made the meal I needed. 100 cor, 20p 50g nut butter I think… (I sent my meal to my missus as soon as jordan sent me it and that’s the last I knew the macros lol) we repeated this 3 times with 300ml water between meals.
I woke up in the night at 1am and 4am absolutely spot on! Then at 6am I was peeled and dry but flat. The restrictions of food and water had sucked me down too much.
We then repeated the same cor meals for breakfast and the next meal 2 hours later with a little extra water and salt as I was getting flatter and softer by this point.
After a pump up and some activity my physique started to bounce back slowly. Still now as tight but fuller and in the end we got away with the look. It was nowhere near the reflection of what I could of been but this is why the regional and data we gathered is crucial as it allows us to take that into the pro qualifiers now. A class and overall win and so I’m super happy. I just jumped straight back on the plan which was 4 meals of 60p from salmon or sirloin with 150g rice or 150 cor, 60p through pro powder and 60g almond butter. I’ve done the salmon meal and the cor meal. Last meal will be steak and rice and then we push to make Poland as undeniable as we possibly can

If it’s causing no issues then it’s fine imo bud There are so many studies done on coffee it’s difficult to know what to know the benefits or disadvantages of it if there are any so I wouldn’t worry as long as you feel good ?

2 days out abs back down under the 220s. Very happy with condition this morning the leanest I’ve been again.
Session was Delts and tris at full volume and I progressed my logbook through most of the session or held what I didn’t progress so I was very happy with that along with a good pump and I felt very full too and the look was good.
Check in with J in the morn and I will await instructions on what he wants me to do for the day before heading off to register for the show

Like Ryan says this is impossible to say. Both coaches are completely different. I know Stefan is a fantastic coach and pays an amazing amount of attention to his athletes. I would research further and get as much information as possible then base your decision off that
