This depends. I’m not apposed to 3 presses in a session however where would the rest of your tricep work come from? I’m a huge fan of having heavy tricep compounds in programme for max arm development

“Big time” coaches who have only very elite athletes are never a good choice for us mere mortals. Coaches who know the importance of how hard it is to reach a level without top tier or even good genetics are ones that will understand your needs more. Also coaches like mentioned that don’t have a huge roster of clients. Exactly the reason why I cap numbers. Anything over a certain amount and it’s impossible to provide a service to be proud of and worthy IMO. Pick one that you feel you resonate with and who’s results are ones that could even be a similar physique or starting point to yours and go from there

Hey guys, quick update from me. So today we came home with a class win, just missed out again in the overall however super super close. The guy who won his condition was unreal and again a completely different physique, which could have gone either way. It was a big win today, it was the best I have felt and looked today and I’m happy that my posing was good. The judges had me posing today in my class and overall for a very long time! Which has left me pretty tired. I will do a full run down tomorrow once I have had some sleep.

You would find it difficult to add too much fruit in a diet. 400g a day is the lower end imo so no issues here

Hey all.. sorry for the lack of update. If you have seen my insta you will of seen that I’ve left my phone in a taxi and lost it. Yesterday we went 75c 20f and 40p throughout the day with usual salt and water. The previous days of of no carbs just saw me get sucked down waayyy to much and i had dropped so so flat by registration. Jord ordered more food of 150g carbs per meal over the last 3 meals which still left me flat this AM its a case of us just topping me up all the way to bed now with normal salt and water. I’m so dry and lean there is no way i can spill from this and the water and carbs should top me up nicely through the day and we will just keep assessing as the day and evening goes on. Registration was a very smooth and professionally ran event with loads of free goodies and vests, T-shirt’s etc so I’m really looking forward to the show tomorrow..

Hey guys
Another day of 0 carb today and I felt it while travelling around the airport and just being out of routine a little but all was still good. The way the flight was set up it actually played perfectly into my schedule.
Wake this morning was 216 but I was up 3 hours earlier so I would of almost certainly been 214.5-215lbs. I’m weighing in at 219 now before bed so a 214-213 will be morning weight ready to put some food in.
We will go moderate food tomorrow with normal water and sodium as the look was soo good today we don’t want to ruin it now so we basically go in like this just fuller and dry from a little water cut the day of the show.

Could be a number of things. Maybe too many carbs in a rebound phase? An oral you are using giving to a big back pump? Tightness and mobility any of them?

Delts focused push
Lateral x 2-3 sets
Shoulder press x 2
Tricep compound (dips etc) x 2
Pec fly x 2-3
Lateral x 2-3
Isolation tricep movement x 2-3Chest focus
Pec dec x 2-3
Chest press machine x 2
Chest press DB or high inc chest press x 2
Tri compound (jm smith press etc) x 2
Lateral x 3
Tricep isolation x 2-3Something along them lines depending on your goals, equipment available etc you won’t be far off then adjust accordingly

Hey guys! Another day smashed from me. I’m always efficient but I feel like I’m so precise with everything at the minute and everything is done with just an extra level with ease and minimal stress. I think the lack of stress this time around is playing a massive factor. I know I simply can’t do anymore so whatever happens at the shows I’ve gave everything and can be happy with my efforts knowing that’s the best I can be at that time.
Today we repeated the diet above and likely will tomorrow. Possibly some more fats to stop me dropping too flat but right now I don’t think it will be needed as I’m holding well but we will see.
Jordan is happy which makes me very happy. When you have a coach you strive to impress in everything you do it really does make a difference.
I fly to Poland early tomorrow so it will be up at 5 to get cardio in and straight to the airport then it will be a case of getting settled in, find a gym and then it’s just chill. Joe Ballanger is staying with us so I’m looking forward to that and also my kids are travelling over to watch the show for the first time which makes this one extra special for me as they live very busy lives with hectic schedules so it’s so nice to get a few days with them.
I’ll likely be around 215-216 in the morning which will allow me to be sub 215 check in day on wake so we can eat a little food and normal water which will lend itself to a much better look

I think I can read that properly. I can’t get the larger image but from what I can see it looks ok. Providing you can train very hard to accommodate the low volume

Hey bud. From the sounds of it it’s not something you will need to implement anytime soon. Especially straying off plan and only a little amount of weight lost so far.
Refeeds can be used for a number of reasons in a diet phase but this is usually once the diet is taking its toll on training, recovery, overall energy, slowed weight loss etc. Just keep chipping away and coming down

Rest day today and we started a depletion. I was 222.5lbs this morn and we now need to empty out for the planned peak later on in the week so we went 0 carb. The look through today was lovely, a nice balance of very very lean but fresh and reasonably full.
Today’s diet was
Meal 1:
200g wild salmon , 175g prawns
20g sunflower seeds
15g walnutsMeal 2:
300g cod/haddock/tuna steak mix
200g courgette
20g sunflower seeds
15g walnutsMeal 3
300g fat salmon
200g courgette
20g sunflower seedsMEAL 4
300g turkey mince
200g courgette
10g sunflower seeds
10g walnutsMeal 5
300g 5 percent beef
200g courgette
100g strawberries
20g sunflower seeds5ltrs of water in also
Very likely we will repeat this tomorrow and Thursday too
