    As Oscar says it completely depends where you are at now physique wise.

    If you are looking at may and you are 18%bf now I would do an aggressive mini cut then up food and get yourself into a good position where body composition is still good before you come back down

    No need to cut here IMO i think you could slowly add another 7-12lbs first if you took your time with it before you probably had to pull back

    As expected I woke up a little heavier again. As the trend would suggest and I was 227.7lbs a much better fuller and fresher look. I’m a little softer and most definitely not as sharp or dry but this is not a bad thing. After a few days all this will of dropped off and I would expect to be around 220 in the same condition. It just means we don’t run the risk of getting flat during the load like before.

    Chest and biceps was a very good session. Performance was very good off the back of the feeds. Let’s see what morning says. I’d expect around 225lbs ish tomorrow and the 223-222 Wednesday going from what’s usually been happening

    Solid days rest. Woke up 224.7 so a good jump. Look much fuller today and a very good spot to be 7 days out. I would probably expect another climb in weight in the morning tbh this is usually the trend then drop off for the next 4 days before we get to around baseline just in time to start the load again so this will lead me nice and fresh into these next 4-5 days allowing me to maintain performance too.

    1 week out!!! Let’s see if we can seal the deal this time

    Hey bud.

    Sodium I do 12 twists of my pink salt shaker per meal and 6 twists in my intra. That’s around 5g-6g per day

    In the peak we will probably go half of the amount of sodium on the back end of the load say the afternoon/night before the show as we back off the carbs and reduce fluids

    If it’s an exercise before or after your usual plan that is just swapped around and it’s machine based there should be no real reason why performance should be affected in this scenario.

    As above if you are executing big/taxing lifts earlier or later in the session then variables will most definitely be affected due to fatigue etc. I would always try to keep your heavy compound work in its place but if you swap a machine row and a pull down around to fit your schedule there should be no issues

    Generally people who have very good digestion (usually younger people and people who haven’t pushed food for many years) struggle to understand bad digestion simply because they don’t experience it. This is obviously a good thing. If you have bad digestion or digestive problems you would know and it would be a lot of the symptoms the guys above listed. If you don’t have any of them it’s very likely you have pretty immaculate digestion and I wouldn’t be concerned about it unless it became an issue

    It happens to me and quite a few others. More so In off season when I’m heavy and sweat a lot more. Like hilly says I believe it’s just temperature and blood flow that brings some marks out or in my case old acne scarring

    So I woke up this morning from a good feed 0.8lbs heavier and just as flat so it’s lucky Jordan told me to eat up last night. My body at this point and condition can literally take on anything.

    I’ll post the feed but please don’t bombard Jordan with questions why lol. Basically the only food that sticks and sits really nice and doesn’t affect my tummy is and always has been pizza and cakes etc so we have been utilising this method with some pretty good effects. This is only possible if you are legit peeled and no other time

    1 x large Pizza Hut pizza with cheesey bites and the free nacho basket while waiting.
    1 x large slice of carrot cake
    1 x large slice of red velvet cheesecake/cake
    1 x skillet cookie dough and ice cream
    1 x jam rolly polly and custard
    1/3 of Jayde’s chocolate fudge cake she didn’t finish
    1 small slither of Victoria sponge cake

    This simply couldn’t be replicated with clean carbs I would need endless endless carbs that would ruin my tummy. Now I am a very BIG eater, I’m yet to come across someone who can eat as much as me so the above meal although large was pretty comfortable and I had to stop myself from eating more.

    We have fed up again today with cream of rice and muffins with meals. 2 days of this should stick and I would expect to be a good 4-6lbs heavier tomorrow as I usually gain more 2 days post feed which would be tomorrow and Monday. That will then leave us 4 days to let things settle and be in a fresh not too flat place to essentially cruise into the show
