Hey bud.. maybe it’s worth splitting your leg training into 2 days or less work more frequently. If you are struggling to recover from that one bout of training why not add hamstrings into a pull day or a “density day”
With leg top ups through the week
If someone can truly train to failure and their recovery isn’t the best then what your volume would look like will be completely different to someone else’s so even though the leg work may not look a lot on paper the amount of volume you accumulate through proper training may be a lot

Another day of eating up today. I woke a pound heavier so we repeated the day from yesterday with a 250c post wo meal which brought me to 1000c for the day. Just finished my last meal and all food has sat lovely to the point I’ve been hungrier than usual.
I would expect a larger jump in weight tomorrow as the trend usually is 2 days after or the day after the 2nd consecutive day of feeding. I’m expecting 221-222lbs then Jordan will play it as he sees it
I think moderate-high food tomorrow then back off a little later on in the day then back off completely Saturday and reduce water and sodium from 5pm Saturday would leave a very good look. I just have to fill up enough first.
We fly tomorrow at 1700 and land in Finland 2200 but I hold no water from the flight and I like the fact that I’m there and at it and no waiting around in hotel rooms and unfamiliar surroundings.

Hey mate.. I hate deca it has the same effect on me and it never seems to translate into my look.
Primo like hilly says is a great shout or even some mast e as a muscle selective compound would be decent here. No orals needed just any of the above will keep you feeling good

Personally for me just adding 25mg var a day works wonders especially as strength may start to dip

SG from what I’ve heard is not great so if it’s primo I would definitely stay clear in my personal opinion

Rest day today and woke up 216.7!! That’s 10lbs off in 3 days, peeled but flat. The head judge replied with feedback from the Poland show and wants me fuller.
That being said j ordered meals of 40p 125c 12f which I have documented on my insta story for the most part.
The food has gone in lovely and my body and responded very well indeed. My body has been a walking bag of veins all day

Cod and haddock mixCor

Honey

Almond butter
Dark chocolateAll sit very well and have done all day.
Last meal going in at 930 and I’m hungry for it already so a very good day and a productive one too

It depends on the phase. If you are in a deficit and the aim is to reduce body fat I favour adding a little more cardio and steps on a rest day when the food is also lower.
For example TD cardio may be 30mins and 10k steps
NTD may be 35-40mins cardio and 12k steps.
Although it’s a rest day as long as you are recovering it’s a chance to seek a slightly larger deficit.
If you are in an off season phase and using cardio as a means of general expenditure, keeping routine or for health benefits I would keep both days the same with steps and cardio. This helps keep a good handle on output when things aren’t going to be as regimented as prep for most individuals

Say you jabbed npp on Monday I would just add the deca in a Wednesday injection then do it Wednesday Saturday from then for example. If you are wanting to reduce frequency.

Productive day today. Woke up this morning 223 so a 5lbs drop again but like I said this is simply the water and inflammation from the load dropping off.
Leg day with an adductor, 2 quad sets, 3 ham sets, 2 calf sets was a nice amount of volume for me.
I’m feeling primed and ready to go. I’m actually done early tonight too for the first time in a long time so I’m going to have a good soak in the bath and rest up
Rest day and a full body mot from Matt my physio tomorrow and then get the plan off Jordan moving forward

I would look at your injection protocol firstly and as Ryan says the product you are using. Ideally you want to stick to your coaches instructions to the letter. If injections are bothering you something is off.
Every other day or every day injections shouldn’t be an issue if done correctly with a quality product. Make sure are rotating your sites too
