Hey all.
Woke up back down to 220 this morning and dropped more water off. This time it’s held on for longer. This is just my body struggling a little with the back to back shows and not as responsive or fresh but I’m confident we can get this look decent by the time Sunday comes
Rest day for me today and a nice steady one. I need to drop the rest of the inflammation and get the body nice and fresh for a steady peak. This week is the one I know it “if you hang outside the barbers shop long enough you will eventually get your haircut” and man have I been hanging around haha
Another productive day incoming and let’s see what tomorrow holds ?

Dips!! Get as strong as you physically can at them. This without question is the best movement to build big triceps.
Skull crushers will leave you with all kinds of problems and injuries if you try and force the weight on them too much and your execution isn’t immaculate

Hey guys.
Landed in Oslo this morning and all settled. A bit of a chew in the airport with getting through but nothing too stressful.
Got a shop in, some great produce here especially seafood so I got plenty of that
Hit some steps and found a great old school bodybuilding gym with all old panatta kit in it. It’s immense and I’m looking forward to training there for the week.
Literally finished my last meal now and I’ve been up since 3 the time is now 9pm here so am early night and straight into routine tomorrow. Cardio pose vacuums m1 m2 train pose m345 with steps in between which are always nice when wandering around a new city they are so easily ticked off.
5 days out tomorrow so 5 more chances. Every day has to count!

Hey bud. Largely lack of leg growth in my opinion if you are getting much stronger is simply down to execution and technique.
Leg training and squatting especially can be done using mechanical advantage and just basically moving weight from A to B
We need to make sure we are putting maximum mechanical tension through the muscle. This may mean really slowing a movement down and focusing on the eccentric portion of the rep, slight pauses in a stretch position or reps done at a certain tempo to really nail that connection between load and the muscle.

Hey guys. Hope everyone had a good weekend. Things didn’t go to plan again this weekend from us. Just missing out in the overall again. A little spill and just a softer look on the day just lost me that edge. Again it’s all data. That being said body and mins were ready for this one to be the last. Mentally i will go all day but soon the physique will not. It’s very close to that point now. We just need it to hang on for 1 more week and see if we can get the job done in Norway.
En route to the airport now and will fly out early so I’m there for the week and can get settled and focus on the task at hand with 100% focus

Find why you have an imbalance. Likely postural or very tight muscles on one side, this can be caused by your day to day job for example this can be throwing execution off and how you perform the exercises.
A good physio for an assessment and as Oscar says unilateral movements

Hey guys. So a little 2 in 1 log entry here. We didn’t get into the apartment until 3am yesterday. Rental car issues, a horrendous flight and we couldn’t find or when we did find the apartment we couldn’t access the building. Basically everything that could of wrong did but we kept a level head and got sorted in the end.
After the stress, delays and late night I actually woke up this morning pretty watery, in fact very watery. So today I was 4lbs over the limit after 1 meal. Since then we have cut water and had 1 meal of whey in 100ml water and 60g oil to hold me over. I’m now sat at a few pound under the limit so will be ok. Just need to get registered now so I can have some water and food. We simply just need this water off to be fair and the look is good.
Will update tonight on the situation
