Hey man. You pretty much answered the question yourself and said you can’t get the ROM you need in the movement so that particular exercise will be no good maximum stimulus. Possibly try a single leg press? I find I can achieve a better ROM here personally.
But no exercise is a must and I wouldn’t see it been a need in any plan

Stats like your cycle and training history etc.

Nothing is a must. Veggie – mite is a good supplement to have in my eyes. . I use it daily it digests well and has good probiotic properties but is it a must.. no, just simply an advantage ?

First of all I would simply reduce the amount of cardio you are doing. 60 mins bike a day is a little too much and reducing this to initially 35-40 mins will create the shift in energy balance you need. Once this is done and you have found where you are at in terms of if you are gaining/maintaining etc then I would look to add food from there.
Initially I like to add in the pre and post meals then fit the rest of the food around where I’m hungriest or find it easier to digest in the day

Hardness will come from how lean you are and genetics mainly. Simply get shredded.
And not taking an ai because of health reasons when you are running a cycle with tren and planning on adding orals seems odd. However I would personally rather not run an ai and keep e2 in a nice range

Mechanically the sldl is no good for me so I stay clear. Long legs and short arms makes it much more difficult to execute properly like rich says. Find what works for you best and run with it

Solid day today guys.
Woke up 214.4lbs and that’s low for me. I’m only 218 now on the scales so that’s another drop in the morning. Body is now in a place where I can feed up a little more tomorrow more likely as I’m tight and dry. Drinking more water today has most definitely made a difference in instant fullness. I put 8ltrs in today and will do the same again tomorrow. I’m happy with where things are here. I literally just need to fill out slightly and then dry off just a touch and it’s game on. The look is in reach here I simply just need to cruise in
Tomorrow I’ll hit my final session of delts tris and a little chest and Saturday will be rest and backing off the food. I’m excited for this one I have a good feeling

You look great bud.
Push on in my opinion. Do what you can and assess on the other side of this. Likely you will bounce straight back in a few days. When you look that good it needs showing on a stage

4iu I would split AM and before bed.
You can eat around the gh no problem.
It’s with a peptide like ghrp that you would wait as this produces a pulse but this would be 20-30 mins ish
Splitting the dose up gives you 2 hits and is more beneficial this way.

I’m with Jordan. The intra will temporarily keep bg elevated but you will most certainly be ready to eat after a good session.
I would always check pre post post meal and would ideally like it under 5-5.5 in the 4s is a great spot for me personally

Hey guys so that’s rest day done here in Oslo and man it has been an incredibly long day. A difficult day today my body is battered and the time was going so slow.
I’m still a tad watery and soft from holding water in the glutes and lower back but everywhere else is drying out nicely. Body is not playing ball like it usually would and the swelling and water is simply down to fatigue and inflammation at this point. My mind will never break and i would go all day but my body isn’t liking this weeks push! We simply have to hold on a few more days and drop the water and all will be good. If I turn up on point I know I can win this one.
Tomorrow is a new day so let’s see what the mornings condition says. Once I’m lean lean again visually a light carb up is all I will need I believe and that will see me nicely into the show
Still feeling positive just explaining what’s currently happening. Looking forward to getting in the gym tomorrow and breaking the day up

I think it’s way under used personally. I think most don’t try it as you are out of the gym a long time and people love to train. From a recovery standpoint it’s very good
