I think you are way over analysing this. Your
Sleep is affected as you are training close to bed? Are you taking stims later in the day? How is your sleep hygiene/scheduleIf you train early in the day is your sleep still affected?

So pretty much the first full day of you like back at it.
I had a rest day today and didn’t set an alarm to get up. I let my body wake when it was ready which was around 8am so a nice rest there. A walk to the gym and 35 mins cardio. Just trying to drop a little water from the flight and bits of food over the last couple of days.
So the plan moving forward for me…
A very slow rebound out to my holiday to Budapest to watch Meg compete in a few weeks then after that is when off season will officially start.
Priority is to get healthy and fresh. Most drugs are out and I am not running

4iu gh split 2 and 2 am and pmTraining this week is as and when. Tomorrow I’ll go hit legs with the giant and josh and catch up with the guys then and then a push and pull session in the week feeling it out. Body is too trashed to do anything right now so rest is all I can do.
Diet below is what I will use to come out very slowly

10g walnutsOn rest days I’ll swap meal 1s cor for oats and obviously no intra. Water will be at 6 litres.
Cardio will stay in at 25 mins steady walk obn min walk the treadmill and 12k steps total for the day.

300mg would = 1.2ml x 2/week if it’s a 250/ml vial

It is impossible to tell on look like you say but looks genuine and there hasn’t been many fakes about recently from what I’ve seen or heard

I really like clares stance here also.
CBD halcyon will help along with lowering stims but its finding the triggers and what sets the anxiety off
There are a few good apps on the App Store that will teach you breathing techniques, some alone calm time and structured days etc that are worth using

I still feel like I’m in a dream tbh. I have been up since 4am after not getting to bed until almost 1am then a close call at the airport at arriving on time, no sleep on the flight still from adrenaline I would expect then a 4hr drive back from London. I went to the gym for a quick pump hoping it would wear me out a tad so I could sleep but then a 5 guys tonight followed be some pudding has absolutely killed me off. I’m a zombie and need to just lie down, tomorrow I will not set an alarm and I intend on waking late! Back on the diet food for me tomorrow though as I like the structure and a couple of days where I’ve picked at foods
I’ll add my updated food I plan on slowly reverting out on

I’m going to keep this short because the adrenaline is tapering off and I’m due to catch a flight in just a few hours and I will update in full tomorrow.

Solid day today. Woke up lean and empty but still in a great place to add a little food today. All meals in of lower pro, carb and moderate fat today. Around 700c 140p 140f and the look is good. 6l in instead of 8 and sodium the same. I should dry off nicely tonight as I’m already flushing and going to the toilet. This should leave me a good amount of fullness and still v tight which is what the judges asked for.
I’ve chuckled today, as a bodybuilder won the pro card last week and registered between classes there are 3-4 bodybuilders dropping down to classic. Tomorrow I will bring the most “classic” package to date and have 0 waist
Let’s see what morning brings. Tomorrow may be the one. I know I can’t physically do anymore

Thanks man. Looking and feeling good right now. Sodium has stayed the same throughout. Basically upped the water to 8L backed off to 6 today and assess tomorrow but I’m tight and dry here after a full day of food and water so we will see what the morning holdsInstagram: jimmytonk
