Back in full swing as of today and it kicked off with a pull session with oscar and kuba. I’m more than ready to lay some new tissue down. oscar coming over is always very refreshing but after his recent time spent with Bpak he has come over and reinstated in me that muscle contractions and form is key here. I’m strong on pull and can move a decent amount of weight, my mechanics suit the movements well but somewhere along the way muscle engagement has slipped. This is purely down to adding weight and moving it. Pulling back slightly tonight and contracting hard has destroyed my back in a way I’ve not felt in a long time. This has come at a perfect time as we push hard now for another 10-12 weeks. I’m feeling very grateful and privileged to have such inspirational people around me that share the same passion.

yes that would be fine. For ease load a normal barrel through a green pin then take the plunger out of the slin pin and squirt the oil into the slin barrel then add the plunger back in. otherwise it would take for ever to load through the tiny pin.

solid days rest today. Feeling lethargic and tired so had a full days rest with the feet up. 25 mins daily cardio done and that was it. Another pound down this morning so tonight I’ve had a bit of a feed.

1 x cookiein place of my 250g cod, 400g potato meal.
see what the weight says in the morning however 5 mins after eating that I was starving and felt empty again. My body is still burning through the food like crazy. Tomorrow we go hard and smash the rest of this run. I’m already buzzing to get back in the gym!

deload session on legs tonight and it’s clear to see the extra rest is needed. my body is beat up right now. Another full rest day tomorrow with a feed up tomorrow night arw the orders from kuba then we hit it hard sunday and push the fucking limits as far as we can.

Not macro wise mate, I’ve not worked it out I just let Kuba take care of that side and I just run with it.

Extra rest day today and its needed. Hunger has been high today and have actually felt like I’m in prep haha and also had about 4 hypos. I check in with kuba in the morning and I definitely feel like extra food is needed again. I’m getting leaner and lighter by the day still. I feel like the little food today has effected my ability to recover. This process of slowly adding food in is a very effective one and it’s just a case of playing it by ear and seeing what my bodys doing and right now it’s on fire and burning through food so efficiently. I’m looking forward to getting back into a surplus now and going on an effective push up in strength and size but we need to be patient

Ive not seen this personally but I will give it a watch. As a species we are omnivores and that in itself tells me all I need to know about what we should be consuming. meat and plants not one or the other. This is my standpoint in general.

I would of advised to wait as you are still very young. However seems as though you are on the cycle already I would run for 8 weeks max here. Make sure you take as many precautions as you can while you are on like supplement needs liver stack, glutathione etc

push at ultraflex Rotherham with kuba and the giant again today. chest focused and although things were moving well we are all beat up and need an extra rest. we rest tomorrow then deload legs on friday then rest Saturday before we get back in the gym and hit it hard for another run again as we push food up and see what we can do!

The reason I’ve never done them is a mobility and load issue. I have never felt comfortable in the movement and can use machines such as a v or hack squat to more adequately replicate that movement.
