    I drink bottled water purely because it tastes better to me. tap water can taste metallic to me sometimes. it also allows me to keep track on how much water I drink each day ????

    post show is difficult for everyone but the way you are feeling now is temporary. binging or just overeating will have no positive outcome. set yourself daily targets to hit and allow yourself 2 or 3 meals off a week to start. I’d stay away from having little treats as this can trigger a binge. bulking meals up with veg, low kcal jellies, a diet drink though the day will help the matter. take it day by day but the most important thing is that you have a plan and structure.

    a decent paced walk at anytime. Like Louis says I’d give it a little bit of time after a meal so it doesnt upset digestion of that meal initially.

    pull session today and everything felt so so much better. strength, energy, connection, pump was all back to how it was before the mini cut. I felt and looked fuller. we have added lantus insulin at 40iu per day to start and I always get on great with it, immediately I can feel myself partitioning food more effectively. The big push starts here. I will push to 265lbs ish from here no problem.

    I agree with clare. you simply cant hang on to condition and expect to grow significantly. Theres an old saying “you have to get ugly to get big” and this is true. push up 20-25lbs from where you are at, mini cut to decent condition and repeat over and over.

    push session today on the new split and after 2 days off. I felt good and was buzzing to get back in the gym. our set up stays the same. Strength did not move much today However I just wanted to get execution perfect before we progress from here. The big feed i had last night saw no change in weight again but I’m confident after a week or so back on this split things will start moving again. The 3 days on has just really taken it out of me physically but now I’m buzzing to progress and get even stronger. RDLs tomorrow so the mind is already set on that lift.

    I use MPS Max intra it will give you so much more than just a hydro with eaa. That will always be my go to first mate

    I would always use hydrolysate intra and combine some Eaa with that personally and I’ve always gone with whey isolate post workout.

    This is purely on feel for me. sometimes on heavy compound exercises I will take as many as 5-6 warm ups, ranging between 6-1 rep the closer I get to working weight. isolation my be 1 purely to get the set up right but usuall by the time I’m using isolation exercises I’m warm and need no warm up sets

    An oral while pushing food up may cause you some loss of appetite or digestion problems so keep and eye on that. Also dropping slin then upping carbs at the same time may not be as beneficial as keeping the slin in initially then dropping it a week or 2 after to make sure you are still partitioning nutrients efficiently.

    With orals an appetite but cals so low atm don’t see it being an issue unless I ran 150mg anadrol hahaha.  that’s a very good point regarding slin! My partitioning of carbs is always a bit enhanced due to metformin obvs nothing comparable to slin though.     Extra anabolics will most certainly help with body composition however food over anabolics always for me. I’ve tried the approach of more gear and less food in the past. I held a decent look but didnt progress much at all. It’s a case of finding your “sweet spot” and this will take some trial and error on your part
