    later entry again today as I’ve just finished my last meal and now just relaxing before I head to bed. Rest day today and I felt like I needed a full days rest and when I say full days rest my day compromises of eating, sleeping and cooking then repeat. 20mins evening cardio before my last meal just for some mental clarity but that was the only activity I did today. Its important that you recognise a time where you may need more rest than usual, this is not an excuse to be lazy but in this case it is necessary to keep on pushing forward. Push day tomorrow and its essential I preform and deliver. let’s see what we can do

    Couldn’t agree more with hilly here, hes hit the nail on the head perfectly. one ester will leave sooner than the other and that’s it.

    As joe says they are same but different. I would favour a DB RDL on a leg day, simply because the freedom for me to target my hamstrings with the free movement and positioning of the DB is better than the bar, however I feel this is mainly down to mechanics. Try both and see which you personally prefer and would get more benefit from

    I have read that vitamin b5 has been proven in multiple studies to help clear acne over a period of time, usually the studies were 3-6 months. It would definitely be worth while adding this in daily but like Hilly says keep doing everything you can on top of this.

    I see no issue with that amount of whey in your diet. The guys have brought some valid points. if your life at the minute is only allowing you to be able to get whey in with meals because of time constraints etc then its absolutely fine.

    Another late one tonight. Legs went down at ultraflex with kuba and the giant and its always a good one when we are all together! everyone was strong and volume tonight was perfect. ready for a rest tomorrow but all I’m all I’m very happy to be in the position I’m in right now. I feel like I’m in a good groove to grow.

    At the start of each rep sit into it a bit more so you are almost pulling away from the bar, make sure your lats are engaged and scalular retracted, make sure there is no wasted energy as you push off, you dont want that jolt at the beginning of each rep you want full tension on the bar as soon as you move so there is no dead space. It’s hard to explain but there is a lot of great deadlift technique videos on youtube that you could also take a look at.

    ahh yes. thanks for pointing that out to me. I suffer with no e2 sides whatsoever but I do have 0.5 arimidex every 3 days just so e2 isn’t on the higher side

    I’m with Kuba on this. If the reason you would change compounds is to avoid saturation of receptors then it’s simply not necessary.

    ATM probably about a 3 mate. My digestion is fantastic right now and I’m using food well so I’m hungry before my next meal despite activity been low. We have built my food up very slowly over the last few months so high food is no problem.

    Good evening all. Pull day today and no lower loading. we trained a tad earlier in the day around 130-2 this is a more preferred time for me and I definitely felt I had more energy in the session. Strength, pump and fullness were in abundance today too and I felt very good, with a solid connection on all exercises. I feel the extra food and drugs are starting to do their thing now and I’m excited for the next 8-10 weeks to see how far I can push this shit. I would like to hit the 2bros British finals with a qualifier close to the time next year but this will depend on whether or not me and kuba think I’m ready to prep as soon as april and I have made the necessary improvements for a chance to turn pro. until then its every box ticked all day everyday.

    perfect, keep the chest exercise first in the workout in that case. yes I believe you will have the same issue with an RDL. possibly a split squat in the smith after the deads? or some other exercise you feel comfortable with thats not so neuronally taxing

    The set up looks ok to me. it will be up to you to manage volume as you go on how you recover from the sessions. I notice you always prioritise a chest movement first on upper days, if this is a weak area for you then it’s a good idea to keep it there if not possibly start one if the upper rotations with a shoulder movement/press to mix things up a bit. Lower 2 with a back squat followed by a deadlift will be brutal on the CNS too and this may take some recovering from so you may want to think about switching one of them out in that session.
