Hey all
A message from me to say I will no longer be on the site, updating my log or a TRAINEDBYJP athlete moving forward.
It’s been a great couple of years on the site and interacting with you guys and Ive appreciated your support throughout and enjoyed helping you guys where I could so a big thank you from me!

Back day today. Check in this morning saw me 8lbs down over the 3 days and back to baseline. Peeled but flat and withering.
More food needs to be added as my body just can’t cope with being back on prep cals it needs the fuel right now from here.
Food was upped and a meal off tonight after a back day at uf Durham. 2 starters a main with extra fries and a medium dessert. Last meal of oats whey and almond butter just gone down. The low cals don’t affect me energy wise but my body simply needs food so I’ll hold here and let weight keeps up to around 230

In for chest today. This week I’m hitting a bit of a bro split simply because i enjoy being in the gym and training. This weeks plans that we had have been cancelled so I’m just going to enjoy training again and stay occupied.
I’ve basically gone back on prep lol. I’m going to stay on low cals etc until the Arnolds. I really want to enjoy that weekend with everyone and we all have a great weekend planned of food and spending time with friends which I’m buzzing for so I’ll stay on strict diet until then so I enjoy the time more with everyone. Me Jamie Kuba and the rest of the guys and girls will hit some food on Saturday night and have found an amazing place for breakfast on Sunday morning so I’m looking forward to that. It’s more the company not the food. The food will alway be there but these moments won’t be so we need to cherish them while we can. As bodybuilders out time is limited so when it comes around it’s special

Absolutely fine bud. Especially at 16 weeks out, it’s not like you are changing cardio/possible difference in expenditure close to a show so it’s good to go

I know it’s late but I was competing at the weekend too! Huge congratulations my man, I was SO elated for you when I saw, especially when I saw your speech, had me choked up.

Balanced diet, make sure you are on top of all your micro nutrients vitamins and minerals, staying well hydrated, make time to relax and have some “you time”
Stay away from a lot of stimulants and coffee.

Yeah sure like the guys say. Start the session off and give them everything when you are fresh. Allows for more frequency across the week too

Hey all.
Today I was back in the gym and to my usual routine and timings. I woke and walked to the gym, hit 35 mins on the treadmill and walked back. No posing today.
A very busy day of client work and getting things together for the website plus some more things I have in the pipeline.
Today I travelled over to the giants gym to see him and josh. Josh didn’t train but me and Jamie hit some legs. We had a great session and a really good catch up. Jamie posed for me before the session and I can confidently say this will be a jaw dropping giant at the Arnolds. In person this look he is carrying is so impressive and much improved so I’m super excited to watch this unfold.
I hit legs properly for the first time in a long time and now I can’t walk haha but it was most definitely worth it.
I had planned to eat 1 meal off plan a day but I’ve changed my mind. I’m simply just looking for an excuse to eat but I would much rather wait until there is a reason to eat. That will happen to be Jayde’s birthday meal of just a steak and chips and then a much needed feed with the guys and girls post Arnolds so I will save myself for then and It’s much more enjoyable

Hey bud, what’s your volume like in your training right now as you’ve just come out of your shows?
Do you have deload sessions?
Right now bud my sessions this week are literally go in and do what I feel. No set plan, no set split. This week my body is battered so going in the gym and basically just moving some blood around more for the mental side
From next week I will start training “properly”
Volume will be rock bottom and baseline just like a devolume for a week or 2 before I drop enough fatigue..
Split wise will be decided in the next few days to start Monday

That would be 600mg. 300mg per week would be 2 x 0.6ml for 250mg/ml

As rich says rinse one then move to another. I like a snatch grip personally but both have their advantages

Cure coming, join in and oh mega will help with this massively. Likely loss of fluid around the joints as you get leaner that’s causing this.
Give the 3 above a go and watch them improve
