    Hey James, which brand of fiber and greens powder you take? Do you notice any benefit?

    i use the AD ones purely because they are chocolate flavour but I’ve used many

    this could be something we add to our own wellness line at some point. we will see 🙂

    when i use them prior to bed I always have an amazing turnout in the morning!!!! leaves my stomach feeling amazing

    personally find oxy horrid for actual cycle use..

    best way to use is pre show for last 10 days to look full as fuck

    much rather use var in a cycle (also find it great for strength)

    3 chest sessions a week might be a bit much firstly

    secondly try to pre-exhaust pecs with say flies on a machine follow up with some incline chest press

    then after I’d suggest a machine press either flat or decline set up to finish

    follow with a prolonged stretch

    Hey James, which it’s your current diet?

    I covered new diet in past episode of critical mass bud. also got new episode coming this week with some more details on it. it can change a little daily as right now the objective is good food and lots of it.. if I feel I can eat more I do and will.. right now I just want my weight up and strength to increase in the gym.. earn back some muscle I lost through the years PREPS

    Hi James your latest training videos with Luke are crazy motivation for all of us and absolutely the best. Your guesting at it a just bodybuilding with dusty. And parlow  has been absolutely the best of the serie..Thanks for sharing.

    I d like to know what is your opinion on the less volume training are you doing now with Luke, it seems even better for you guys lifting freak n heavy …also for your nutrition are you still working with Chris?

    hey bud so quite honestly at current in umming and arring about what I will be doing in 2020 as to who does what specifically

    at current I run everything by Jordan and have been keeping Chris updated with how I am looking

    the roles are shared to a certain extent as atm I hksnstly don’t know what my plans are

    I’m a nut job and bit easy to work with but I like to keep everyone in my circle in the loop. currently Jordan has me eating up as everyone has agreed I need to do just that

    I have sent Chirs the photos and weight and he is happy

    I’ve paid Chris and love to have his eye

    confusing as it sounds for me atm It a what I need as my head went a little wayward due to this year’s events.. quite honestly I’m in a figuring out stage.. the one thing I know is I am eating and traiminghard and in time the answers will come to me

    im happy being me atm and running things by people but I’m not stressed about it.. I feel I know what is needed atm and I’m happy with what I’m doing

    the training has been great .. I can recover and you can only grow as much as your recovery allows

    Boring topic I know but i as a rule I don’t drink within an hour either side of food as I read it slowed down digestion.

    I’m like you .. I hate drinking with a meal.. only exception is a Capachino!!!
    water I keep away from meals, I try to drink 6 litres a day at current.. usually have 1 diet drink a day also

    after a show I always spend a week floating around the same cals (not usually doet food but less food in total) the week after in clean up and resume diet from prep but with an increase in carbohydrates by say 100g met carbs a day.. well that’s more what I used to do with clients.. I’m a rogue and just do what my body says and wants at the time.. truly depends for me on how many shows I’ve done.. say if I have another show lined up.. I might only have one meal off and resume.. vs last show of the year I let myself get a bit messy.. I believe on relaxing.. I value the switch on switch off approach

    I’ve seen it with many greats . they let themselves go a bit once the goal of shows is out the window for atleast the next 6 month’s

    on your situation try to keep it as tidy as poss but throw in the odd meal out

    I run pro v now for entire cruise and cruises last for as long as required.. often 10 to 12 weeks but for everyone its differnet
