    stairs actually ruin my legs after a few weeks.. I can get away with them for a couple weeks in the early days of a prep but after that they lose size and detail.. with Chris I only did treadmill and my legs looked so much better for it.. detail .. size..separation…

    Sorry if this seems boring to do bullet points bro but ,

    1. Do you ever get to the gym and think Fuck 5 p bench or 7 p squats again ? Or are u always super excited to push on?

    2. Do u ever train happy? ( current events aside )  or is it always darkness that wakes up the strength beast ?

    3.  Do u like alone time?

    Again, if I don’t blow enough smoke not many have made me get back my love of lifting , like you have buddy

    1. I typcially always feel game to push big on specific favoured movements Scott

    always excited for the big three .. squat..deads and bench

    2. I always train happy.. just certain sets take a tonal shift in order to achieve the maximum… not all lifts I add

    3. I love alone time..I spend alot of every single day in my own space.. I’m someone that absolutely needs it to keep my head straight

    I’ve watched much of his content and agree with his approach on many things.. but.. I also agree with our approach too.. I think they are both educated and both credible.

    you don’t get as strong as he did or bud a body like his buy doing something wrong 🙂

    hey Jessy. first off thank you and secondly

    what I mean is typcially pre show I back of hitting actually failure in my workouts

    I lift heavy but hold a rep or two from actual failure.. kind of like the Reps in reserve the giys tried earlier this year

    I know the instagram game very well, gf has over 400k on instagram and I have become swept into it helping her grow it along the way.

    No.1 Its far easier for females than males to grow on average

    No.2 Instagram is now prioritising videos and IG TV to push peoples pages to the explore page in an effort to keep people engaged longer on the site

    No.3 People want to see extreme posts, whether thats crazy weight and strenth feats or pictures of you when you are shredded – the more out of the ordinary the content is the more people are drawen to it, – so start stockpiling photos of when you are shredded

    No.4 Hashtags work! – but use hashtags that are viewed by 100k-250k people dont use hashtags that are in the millions range cause you wont rank!

    No.5 Shadowbanning is real, and almost makes it impossible for your account to grow! Be authentic with  your engagement, instagram has introduced actions blocks where if you perform too mancy axctions in a set time period theyll block you

    No.6 Use the follow/unfollow technique to start your account going, again each follow/unfollow is counted as an action, limit it to only 25-30 folows an hour or else youll get blocked

    No.6 – paid shoutouts work! but vary from $100 – $3000 for a single post, ensure the account you are paying to shout you out fits your niche or youll waste your money

    I’ve never done it. I like the hack how it is. lielky because my flexibility suits so can have an upright position no problem

    the roller is essentially turning the movement into a linier hack which is all So good but for me personally mechanically comes second to standard form.. however it may be that you can’t hack so you have to modify and in that case it’s needs must 🙂

    when doing cardio for health I would not worry too much about particulars.

    20 minutes 3 to 4 times a week seems to be a good spot for man.

    I’d opt for pre bed If a.m is out the window but then again it doenst overly matter.. just do it when you have time 🙂
