    I was consistently losing 0.7-1.5lbs a week but the last 3 weeks has all been over 2lbs at my leanest last year i was 171lbs and im now 184 coming down from 201 but looking at pics the 171 looks about 10lbs bigger than i do just now😂

    Yea trainin is still good and i still feel fine throughout the day other than hunger but its not too bad where i want to die haha, ill continue to push on for now and not let the mental side of feeling small throw me off. Thanks

    Tiktok is now full of people claiming to be science based doing 1×3 with a machine fully stacked and terrible form claiming 8-12 reps is fatigue maxxing and bodybuilders have no clue how to train

    Yea ive been sticking to machines and doing high reps with no pain but wasnt sure if this would have still been doing damage or not, and i got the join-in powder a few days ago so ive been using that hopefully helps speed things up, thank you
