Tamox and reduction of doses seems to be doing well. Guess i was just panicking lol didnt want to make an arse of it!

Thanks JP. I’ve always been a high volume trainer, but after spending more time watching and reading up on the information you share, I wanted to try it and see how I get on. I get a little paranoid though as I’m DOM-less. I know that DOMS doesn’t necessarily mean growth, but I’m still wondering if I could have trained hard. If you get what I mean.

So started day 1 of fortitude training yesterday. It was a muscle round day of the turbo tier one. Set it up over 6 weeks increasing in volume tiers. It’s the first time I’ve done such low volume work as I’ve spent the last 2 years following John Meadow’s work. Do you have any beginners advice for Fortitude Training JP? Thanks
