1 day out!!!! Plan was today to chill, eat and get pampered!! Had mu lashes done, hair done and tan done all ready for tomorrow and I can’t wait!!

Evening so it’s been rest day today which I’m so happy about as I’m absolutely shattered. Came home from work early and also got tomorrow off now so I can pack and get things sorted for London as we’re setting of Friday morning. Can’t believe there’s only 3 days until my show I’m super excited
Been quite a chilled day just posed and watched films and got work done so that I don’t have to do too much over the weekend and can really embrace it all.

Finished work around 2pm then been doing online posing clients the rest of the afternoon then a food shop and tried to chill and rest

Well my brain has been literally all over the place been completely forgotten to post on here so I’m sorry. I’m 6 days out atm!! Can’t wait to be back on stage again this weekend!!
Been to see Kuba this morning it’s been a hard couple of days with literally just protein and veg as we needed to cut down before we fed back up again! But today was the day for more food and I couldn’t be happier yesterday I went to bed at 6pm as I couldn’t stay awake any longer but today I’m feeling refreshed and recovered!! Been and training today and also had a massage and been to a spiritual fair which was amazing I’ll add my food in –

Agree with Clare here I have had clients with this the main thing is the strengthen the core and the part of the back that is effected there’s loads of variations you can do that won’t damage it

Evening guys so went to bed super early last night ended up falling asleep around 7.30pm been up early everyday for work and been hungry so haven’t been able to sleep.
Today I checked in with Kuba in person another day on low food to make sure that I’m ready to start peaking from Sunday 1 more hard day to go then I’ll have some food 😂
Been to watch barbie tonight with a few friends it was so funny had a good time bed early again tonight as I have work early morning all good is prepped and ready for tomorrow

Happy Wednesday!!! So it’s been an absolutely manic weekend for me so sorry for not posting.
I did the big man weekend in Benidorm got back very late last night so went straight to bed!!
Placed 5th in a line up of 16 girls was an amazing show and very pleased with where I came as it was a very hard line up. Still waiting on my feed back but Kuba has a plan for the next one so I’m all in his hands!
Was amazing to be back on stage again and I can’t wait to do it all over again next weekend!! On lower food atm to drop a bit of water from having an off meal plan as well as the flight as I always hold onto water when I get back which is really annoying. It takes my body a few days to come back to life after a show. I wouldn’t ever want to do a show back to back as I know my body can’t handle it.
Early night tonight as I have work early morning and I’m already knackered 😴

We are in Benidorm it’s been a very long day got up at 2am to get to the airport then got here around 1ish food shop done all food has been eaten and I’ve checked in with Kuba 3 times very happy with this look just need to hold condition now and keep it for show day!
Excited isn’t the word I can’t believe I’m here hoping to do well but whatever happens I’m very happy with what I’ve achieved
